Tiny play time but the game is pretty cute! You did a great job integrating the platforms with the house's environment. Congrats on all the art work. It looks great!

Adorable art. I like the puzzle mechanic and was pretty relaxing to play. I had issues with it not filling up the whole screen when going into full-screen though. Other than that, this game was definitely well-programmed! Cute game!

Dude this is insane! I adore especially the stylized UI, detailed environments and the 3d particles! Fantastic job!

Great sound effects and visuals! I would say my biggest gripe is the jumping. It felt like the movement speed during it was too slow. Still, I enjoyed the platforming and congrats on the submission.

What a vibe! Great job again John! Love the music, hyperpop-esque color palette, movement, etc.

For the map, I love the small holes at the bottoms of walls and how you can corner rats but I felt like everyone was too fast for the small-ish map. I also got the bug where the timer didn't show up until I was three minutes and thirty dead rats in. Still got to four stars!

You especially cooked with the AI for the rats. Incredibly fast,  scattered and frantic. I love the little startle they get when you sneak up on them. A good way of balancing out how much faster they are.

Glad to hear you loved the gameplay! The cat is actually a CC0 asset I found! Here's the link: https://luizmelo.itch.io/pet-cat-pack

Thanks! I would like to make this a full fledged game in the future!

Space shooters my beloved. MSPaint-esque art is a guilty pleasure of mine. Only big issue is really the tiny range every ship is given. I feel like that would make things more fun. Movement was very snappy too!

Very touching story. Always love seeing Bitsy stories. Nice job!

Really neat and simple puzzle platformer. Visuals are dope, with transitions and smooth animations. Nice retro feel to it. Bit short and easy but I enjoyed my time overall. Good level design too!

Gorgeous visuals, from the parallax to the UI! Great job for a first project especially!

Collected every fish! Adorable game! Score was basic but enjoyable and not annoying at all! I also find the visuals very cute. I was a bit confused as to what the Ultra Rod does as it felt like I got the same drop rate before and after I got it (maybe it was crap luck). Good game overall!

Incredibly unique and fun game. I loved mixing and matching all the different arm types and slowly becoming an all-red amalgamation of arms. Got to wave 32 before dying.

I'm a sucker for this art look lmao.

Bitsy my beloved. As a noob/starter game dev, making small games myself, I enjoyed the writing with the whole metaphor of starting small and getting through some major hurdles. Game design is intimidating but yeah, some daunting things can wind up being easy in the end. I would say that I wasn't a huge fan of the score. It felt too short and a bit annoying but I appreciate the commitment to the whole retro feel and I liked how it changed pitch throughout the game. Visuals are good too, especially the background in the ending. Reminds me of Gameboy/Blackberry colors.

Super fun game! Insane that this was made in 10 days! Very fun, easy to control, and had great enemy variety! More weapon variety would be great but it was very fun coming up with new designs.

Glad you like the concept! Bit surprised about that disappearing issue. Sorry 'bout that!

That's weird. I played it three times on browser and it didn't work. I'm using Firefox. I haven't seen either of those bugs ever.

Very fun take on the theme! Huge sucker for FPS single player games too. Nice Bee Movie easter egg lmao. I'm  one to talk but I would say it was a teeny bit too hard and it would've been cool to have the death be improved but very fun game! Liked the details of the soldiers' logs at the top.

Pretty creative use of the theme! Was pretty fun and for a short game, it had just the right amount of difficulty. I liked the visual indicator for the people with the Godot 2D glow. I would say how the infection worked could be explained and indicated better. When I stopped moving, I thought it was bugged and it was only during the third time that I realized that was intentional. Maybe having the virus blink white while infecting ppl might work. Loved the scientist enemy too! Pretty funny seeing them just throw beakers at you.

Wow! Amazing idea! Loved the concept and the death animation for the player! Gameplay could have been explained a bit better, especially for the last enemy but that's my only main  critique. Game has a lot of charm to it!

Ayyy someone went underground! I'm glad I stirred up some emotions within you for this game (even if it was because I accidentally made the game wayyyy to hard) and yeah, your ending critique makes sense. Understandable. Could've made some screen shake or something if I had an extra day. Thanks for playing!

Simple but very effective! Pixel art is great overall! Nailed an acid green monochromatic vibe! Use of the theme is very well done too! I would say that the gameplay is, of course, very simple but it was very nice how the ramping difficulty worked. Very well polished!

Wow! Amazing use of the theme! Really creative twist on a space shooter game! I like how it actually felt like the game got progressively harder as I progressed.  I would say I really only had fun with the asteroids and the ships as the mines very unpredictable. I would say if you plan on continuing development, I would say updating the space background would be a good idea (nitpick, I know). Very fun overall!

Pretty good amount of polish in the look of the game! From the blinking health bar to the explosion particle! I liked the art style too. I would say the gameplay is a bit numbing as the boss just moves around, firing constantly and you can only move a bit and shoot missiles or a faster gun. I liked the creative use of the theme with you being the big-bad boss, shooting the underdog ship. Nice main menu too!

Fun edutainment game! I liked how you implemented the math problem segment as a breather to the action as well as a way to get ammo. Smart! Art style is solid but I would say that the background doesn't fit in my opinion. I'm one to talk but I don't think the theme was implemented well. I also think a place to explain the controls, even just on the itch.io page would be key. Didn't know I could jump until Wave 6. The enemy variety was also cool, from the heat seeking projectiles to the jets. Congrats on the release!

I'll definitely say that reading your plans, this game sounds promising. The store itself looks really cool! I would say, from what you have so far, I find the main character to be a bit too sluggish before he starts accelerating. Best of luck with the ongoing development!

'preciate the positivity and feedback. Yeah definitely following the theme more next time.

Damn I was so close to making it to the talk! Very fun game tho! Smooth controls, fun enemies that can launch you up in the air and propel you. I would say though that the sound could have been improved. I think a more noticeable sound for the damage sound effect (or a big visual indicator to go with it) would be nice and it would have been cool if the flame blocks had a unique sound effect to them. The sounds used are good though and the music is nice. Creative use of the theme too!

Nah u don't suck, I just seem to be making these games too hard. Yeah I'm most mad about keeping the brackeys stuff. Initial plan was to tweak the code and replace the art but I ran out of time (life got in the way a few days). Still, thx so much for the feedback!

Thx! Sorry about the difficulty. Gotta worry less about the game being easy lol.

Based.

Pretty fun game! Great art style and atmosphere!

Very fun and simple! Nice job! The jumping mechanic was pretty good and smooth.

Ah shoot. I did not see this when I made the game. Could I recreate it in 7 minutes?

Thanks! Had a lot of help with the Starter Template (walking code and skybox done lol)!

Damn. This fan-game is really well made! Congrats!
