Sorry for late reply. I am not sure what is the direction you wanna take, but here are my ideas
Have a way to deal with the black bugs in any way possible, as they are unbeatable, and will remove everything else.
Try to count how many bugs gets removed in 5 minutes and then add an insect respawner that respawns every 5 minutes with an average amount close to the amount of removed bugs.

Nice visuals, however it's very difficult to tell where to go, and could use at least 1 visual que( a sign, an enemy coming from above, particle effects ANYTHING) to tell us that the level is above. I think you need to have a preset area that is always the same for the spot upwards of the player instead of randomly generated. Because sometimes you have big walls which you don't have enough time to fly around, or sometimes it's completely barren, and I just lose.
For anyone not knowing what to do:
-Grab the 2 bottles
-Become a bat
-Fly upwards until you find something
-If you don't find anything upwards, restart until you do
