I figured it out. Not sure what the problem was, whether it was something on your end or my display settings, but disabling fullscreen optimizations in compatibility mode fixed it. 

I changed the resolution manually to 2160, however when I start the game it is still not displaying correctly and the config file reverts to 960 (see attached jpeg above)

Is there anything that I can at least try? I tried deleting the game completely and reinstalling, however when I launched it again, it still had my save file. Is there any folder outside of the main folder that I need to delete? For example, a lot of games save information in Documents. 

As you can see, everything looks extremely pixelated. Changing the resolution does nothing except change the size/aspect ratio of the window. I have all the latest GPU drivers installed. I can see in your latest youtube uploads that the game is running at a much higher resolution on your end.

16.10? I'm a patreon and the latest version available for me is 16.9. Did you make a typo or am I looking in the wrong place? 

Thanks for the reply and update. I was able to change the resolution after the 16.9 update. However, whether the resolution is at 720p or 2160p, there is no change in the visual quality. It appears just as pixelated as before. The only thing that changes is the aspect ratio in windowed mode. Are the game assets themselves low res? 

This is great and all, but I asked a question about changing the resolution and it's been almost two weeks with no reply. This is a bit ridiculous that I'm giving you guys 10 bucks a month and you can't even take two seconds of your time to address my issue. How do I change the resolution? It is at 720p by default and won't go higher than 889p (didn't even know that was a resolution people played games at). I would like to up the resolution to 2160p or at the very minimum 1440p. 720p looks absolutely terrible on my large display.

Would be great if someone from the dev team would actually reply. It's been a week now. 

SOLUTION: Right-click on exe. file, go to properties, navigate to Compatibility, then "Disable Fullscreen Optimizations" 

Sorry if this has already been discussed, but at a quick glance I didn't see anything. 
The game seems stuck on 720p. In fact, there aren't even that many options for higher resolutions, with the highest being 899p, and not even those will save. I've tried windowed and full screen to no avail. I've also tried the launcher and ran the game with Vulkan and DirectX 11 & 12, but those didn't work either.  Any way I can get the game to run at 2160p or, at the very least, 1080p?
