Thank you so much for the kind words, Mossflwer!! And thank you once again for setting this game jam up and giving us an opportunity to make something fun :))

For a first game project, this is well made! I didn't finish the game, but it was fun while I played it! Some things that could be improved on is adding checkpoints, making sure that each gameplay segment of the level complements the platforming mechanics, and giving the player a way to defeat the monsters. Considering that you're playing as a knight, I was hoping that I could at least jump on top of the slimes to destroy them like in Mario. But all in all, great job! (Also, shoutout Brackeys, "the Unity Godot Jesus")

Thanks for checking out the game and for the feedback! We really appreciate it :))

This was incredibly good!!! It feels so polished and well put-together!! I really like how all the abilities you unlock work together in the end. It was quite challenging, and I died a lot, but I never felt like the game was giving me an unfair challenge. Stellar work!!

HOW IS THIS A GAME JAM GAME?!?!?

THE POLISH. THE TIGHT CONTROLS. THE STORY. THE MUSIC?????

Y'all honestly deserve to win the prize. Genuinely. I want this to be a full game. I would pay good money for this!!!

This is awesome!!! It's really nice how you have a setting for mouse sensitivity. After I tweaked that, it was a ton of fun! I love how you added variety to the enemies and that they have different properties and attack patterns. You really went all out, and it shows!

Thank you so much for checking it out! We're really happy that you enjoyed it :))

I don't know what's more insane: the fact that y'all made an MMO, or the fact that it works really well! Like, how?!?!? Y'all are insanely good! The only issue I had with the game is that, at one moment, my character was walking when I selected the attack command. But then it fixed itself once I changed the direction my character was going. Well done!!!

Man, that was a tough battle! But it truly feels rewarding when you win. This is honestly a really well polished game! I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Thanks for the feedback! We're happy that you found the gameplay and art to be enjoyable! And yeah, the respawn is quite harsh. For the future, we would look into creating checkpoints!

Pretty cool game! Really dig the atmosphere here! The pixel art and the music is really good!

I got a bit confused on what I needed to do after getting the blue stones, and I noticed that even when the death animation for the enemies are playing, if I hit them with my attack, the animation continues and the enemy's collision persists until the animation ends. Considering this is your first ever game jam, you did really well! Awesome stuff!!

Pretty fun game! The mechanics are straightforward, and it feels rewarding whenever I beat a level. I could see this being a fun arcade-like game!

If I could give a few pointers on where this could be improved, I would like to start with the control scheme. It felt  clunky bouncing between the number keys as well as holding down the shift key with my pinky because the walking speed doesn't do much. Overtime, my hand started to ache. It would've been nice to use the scroll wheel on the mouse to cycle between the potions as well as tweak the walking speed of the character. Also, it would've been nice if the potions also broke whenever they collided with the enemies. There were moments where I threw a potion and watched it bounce off of a giant monster, and I found that unfair.

One other thing, I can see the alchemy theme in the game, but I don't really see "shadows".

Considering that y'all made this in train rides to and from work, I say y'all did pretty well! Keep up the great work!

I concur with loffter. This game is incredibly dope. I really love the atmosphere y'all created with the art style, music, and sound effects! Really love how y'all also put in the effort to create satisfying game feel with tight controls as well as screen shake whenever the player gets hit. If I had one critique, it would have been nice to have a line showing where the potion would go when you hold down the throw button. There were moments where I struggled figuring out when I should throw the ice potion. But apart from that, y'all nailed it!! Great work <3

Thank you for the kind words! We're happy that you had fun!!

Such a charming game! The controls feel so satisfying and intuitive. The color palette and the music makes this game feel so cozy. If I had one request, I would like that enemies can respawn when they're out of frame so I can have more attempts to try to get the star in the snow level. Otherwise, excellent work!

This is such a stellar game! The story is very artsy and leaves so much room for interpretation. It's utterly creative and very well executed! The controls have a nice weight to them! All in all, I would see this being a game that I would play for the story! It blows my mind how this was made in 10 days. Fantastic work!

This game radiates silliness :p
