Use of the limitation
It's a long story, but ended up being a literal swap-gravity mechanic that is used heavily in gameplay.
Cookies eaten
None unfortunately, i'm trying to be a bit more less-sugar. Ignore the four donuts I ate.

Neat game! I included it in my Mini Jam 107 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)
Hey hi-ashleyj,
Considering how little time you've had, it's not bad. The aesthetics of the menus and the game were very good, the idea is very interesting too. I'd love to see what you could do with more time.
As for the story... I can confirm that cats are liquid, after all I am one!
Take care, the Badcats
Given the timeframe, this is a really polished-looking game. I'd have loved to see some elements of your original idea though -- navigating by sound seems really interesting.
That was a lot of content for only 12 hours, and certainly not “badly made”.
To be honest, i forgot about jumping and only used gravity switching to overcome all obstacles, feeling like i was playing a “VVVVVV-like music maker” :).
thanks for playing! i would have added a story alongside the gameplay, including some multiple choice elements, and spent a bit more time on making some more meaningful and dynamic music. i consider it 'badly made' because it really is a watered down experience of what i wanted it to be, but I'm glad you enjoyed it in its current state!
Cool soundtracks and love the neon glow around the maps.
thanks for playing! it was the best thing i could think of in the time i had. it is really quite impossible to see the map without it!
Cool soundtracks, for some reason jump doesn't work when gravity is inverted. Felt like a slow paced experience. Over all a nice, fun prototype..
thanks for playing! i'm glad you enjoyed it :)
i will fully be blaming that jump bug on unity though. if only i had enough time to finish my engine...
Nice VVVVVV-style platformer. Cool visuals, nice soundtrack, smooth gameplay. Protip: if you fly by switching gravity midair, without hitting the walls, you can be a lot faster.
thanks for playing and the feedback! not even i figured out that pro tip - i'll have to keep it in mind for when i start speedrunning the game or something idk :)
The game is short, the mechanics are simple, but it caused me strong emotions! I really liked the concept, and what a cool track you put together from parts. I would like more different levels, obstacles, but even without this, a really cool idea. Thank u for this game c:
thanks for playing! i may end up porting this to my own engine and continuing the development if i get around to it. glad you enjoyed it :)
