Thank you so much for your kind words! The counter in the top left is actually the spirit essence. I got a lot of small improvements ready for an update after the jam ends.

There actually is camera zoom using mouse wheel. Maybe the max zoom isn’t far enough. Balancing was a challenge the whole jam for me, it could use some work. As for the bug, I thought I fixed it but I guess not. I’m not sure why it happens as I can’t reproduce reliably…

Thank you for playing :D

It's hard and very interresting to play. I love how the theme was implemented. The art is amazing too.

Cute game! We had a similar idea :D

I actually also thought about using a grid based system. Loved the art, beat it first try cuz I'm just good like that ^^

Awesome concept, really fun to play. The sound design is so satisfying. For some reason it was kind of laggy on my end but that could just be my notebook. Amazing work, you can be proud of your work! :)

Oh no, mushrooms shouldn’t block building anything. I’ll look into it once the jam is over. Thank you for playing :)

Yeah I wanted to change the font but didn’t get to it in time. There actually are tooltips but the delay when showing them may be too long. Thanks for playing :)

This was all I could do in the span of this game jam. Maybe I’ll come back and release a patch once the jam is over with all the stuff I’ve learnt. Thank you for playing. :)

I struggled a lot trying to balance it. Some people find clever strategies that almost break the game. Still tank you for playing, I appreciate it! :)

It’s funny seeing how some people really struggle and some find a good tactic and blast through the game. Thanks for playing! :)

Thank you for your kind words. Truly means a lot :)

I wanted to change the font but I napped through the submission window xd

thank you for playing and commenting :)

I got particle feedback, should be like pvz but I understand that it may be not enough. Thank you for playing! :)

Thanks for playing! Glad you liked it :)

This is amazing! The art, the sounds, fun gameplay, perfect implementation of the theme. Great Job!

Thank you! It's Frankensteins monster, some edited assets from packs, some made by myself. Glad you like it! :)

Sadly I didn't have time to implement building walls and implement better navigation AI.

Thanks for playing and your feedback! :)

I struggled a lot with balancing. Some people still beat it with crazy tactics instantly and some people think it's way to hard. I'll to my best to improve this aspect further.

Thanks for playing and for your feedback :)

Hey, thanks for playing!

I may have to fold and change the font...

As for building placement obstruction, that should be implemented, but maybe you started playing just before i published the patch :D

I will probably go over the text again sharpening it up, thank you for playing and your feedback :)

I’m implementing the  building obstruction  today. I initially thought it would be incentive enough to try to close the portals as the blast ability shouldn’t be able to damage the portals haha Thanks for your feedback and finding that bug :D

Amazing to see what people can create in just two weeks. Creative game with character and oh my if this isn't eye-candy :D

Thanks for the kind words :)

I agree with what pimpinpoptart said 100%. It feels polished but it took so long for me to get how to figure out how to move propperly. Then I fell off a cliff and almost punched my screen. Overall great experience!

This feels so satisfying :D

Thank you so much, I wish you the best of luck! :)

that was actually a quite controversial opinion with testers. In the end I stuck with only tip collision to encourage aiming correctly.

Thanks for your feedback and I can see how it the slow move speed can be frustrating for players. The goal was to create contrast between slow movement with weak jumps and the powerful swinging. But I may have overshot that a bit :)

This comment made my day! Thank you so much for your feedback, it truly means a lot to me. <3

Thank you! It's intentionally on the harder side, but I agree, the learning curve is rather steep.
