Thank you so much!

heck yeah!

Patlabor looks super cool! I'd love to do something like that if I continue work on this game!

Sorry yeah the collisions don't work too great on the steps right now, like adam said you can boost up the steps for the time being!

sick!

That's so great to hear! I would say good luck, but I know y'all won't need it. Looking forward to the mobile release!

Really cool idea!

Great reactionary gameplay and I love the music. Good work!

The swinging physics gameplay and clever level design make an addicting game loop that I innately want to master. Very good work!

This game is so polished for such a small timeframe. If it was put on steam I'd think non the wiser it was made as a full release. Well done!

Thanks so much! You hit it right on the head, the goal was to daisy chain better and even add the wonky rolling (which I had working) but not enough time to get it where I wanted it to be before the deadline. Thanks for the feedback!

Thank you!

I love this response so much!

Hey thanks for the feedback! Yeah the rocket launcher doesn't have enough power behind it but it was too late to fix before submitting. I've since fixed that and a few other things that will be seen in the next update when voting is over.

Thanks! And yeah I set out on delivering a speedrun-centric game first and the theme kinda fell by the wayside.

The game is finished except for a leaderboard. Is there any extension to the jam for updates? Perhaps allowed if the first build is already uploaded before the jam ends?

Thanks so much!

Very fun! After getting used to the movement it definitely put me into a state of flow which is a great feat!

Only issue was colliding into the cpu while in mid air knocked me off a handful of times. If the tracks were  a bit bigger I think it would solve the issue as the player would have more space if they are neck and neck with the cpu. Especially since there isn't much movement capabilities while mid air, it's hard to properly avoid your opponent in those tight spaces.

Overall nice work and very cool idea. I can see this being turned into a speedrunning game.

Thanks so much for the feedback! I agree with all of it.

Thank so much, Armored Core was pretty much my only exposure to mech games as a youngin and I figured why not try to make a budget one lol. Yeah adding lock on and homing missiles was part of the original plan, along with some other things but with the time I had it would've stretched me too thin. The melee not working is interesting I'll definitely take a look!  I've made game before but never on a shorter time restraint so I learned a bunch.

Can we update the game for bugs after submission?

Wow that means a lot thank you!

Thanks so much!

Hey thanks for the feedback! I'll work on making the rewind easier to understand off the start :)
