Unexpectedly fun, I was a bit confused about what I was meant to be doing at the start but in the end I became a slime sword killing machine. Unfortunately as the sword gets longer it means you can't really access items on the left half of the screen.

Fun idea and art. The images sometimes take a bit to load in, and I have no idea if I did the right things or not. Also, you can see what's a keyword and what isn't because the cursor changes when you hover over.

The controls were definitely the real challenge of this game.

Really nice, simple but effective game with a fun concept. One of the more polished end results I've played thus far. Good job and congrats!

Really great, functional game. I think it could have been a bit clearer whether you were meant to be working with or against the character. But I see the general gist, with a bit more time this could turn into a really cool full game. Great work, well done!

Fun game, great work on the graphics and sound. The controls were way too slide-y though, I never managed to shoot a gun because I was too busy trying not to slide into bullets. Regardless, good job!

A solid game! Could use some sort of goal or progression, but it is only a game jam game so it's very good for what time you had. :)

Wow, you got a lot done in a small amount of time! I'm not sure if it's just me, but does the player not take damage? You probably already know if that's the case haha, but anyway good job!

Good point! Thanks for the feedback and for playing!

Thanks! :)

Thank you! I'm glad to hear you found the feel of the game appealing, it's the part of the game I'm most pleased with how it turned out. I'm hoping to update the game after the jam, and who knows, maybe I'll build it into something a little more substantial later on!

Thanks!! I'll take a look :)

Thanks! That's a good point about the sounds, I tweaked them when I put them in the game but my choice might not work great for everyone. I'll look into putting some options in when I update the game after the jam.

Unfortunately there isn't anything you're missing, I didn't have enough time to add much more than just picking up things. Thank you for playing though!

Thank you!

Thanks! I wish I'd had time to add some little tutorial indicators, but I'm glad you were able to get the hang of it.

Thanks for playing, and for the feedback :) Yeah, I couldn't get a few of the mechanics like the rolling working consistently in time, and the camera cuts off the UI. I'm just glad it runs at all. Lots to improve on haha.

Thanks!

Thank you! That was the feel I was aiming for, I'm glad it came across. That's a good idea about resource collection, if I develop the idea more that'd definitely be something to add.
