Hiya!
Cool game but definitely needs some work. I noticed there was a lot of clipping and there were lots of doors in front of the player but I couldn't move the camera angle to see what was going on there. If the camera is not supposed to rotate, I would suggest getting rid of the level pieces in front of the character so that there is nothing in the way of the player.
I wasn't really expecting the first dialogue piece to be a guy threatening to slap his wife(?) either so that was a bit rough.
Hiya! Thanks for your feedback and we’re glad you enjoyed the game!
The Musicians of Bremen don’t actually have a quest attached to them as of yet. They have dialogue but unfortunately we ran out of time to implement that, so that will be added once the jam has ended!
As for thé potions, there are a few potions that are just there to fill out the potion book, so it sounds like you did everything you were supposed to! Definitely agree with the inventory system tho, so we’ll be adding that when the jam is over too!
Hiya! Nice game! I enjoyed the art and the combat was pretty smooth. I did notice that on the second map (the one with the moss covered log) you needed a scimitar to cut it. The scimitar was found on the next map, but then there was no option to get back to the second map! I think movement speed could be just a bit quicker too.
Overall, great story, music and art! Would love to play again if the character speed was a little quicker XD
Thanks for spending such a long time playtesting and for the feedback! We've pushed quite a lot of bug fixes so hopefully it's running smoothly now :) A tutorial and introduction will definitely be added once the game is over, as well as a visual quest indicator. Not really sure what you mean by "the characters were pretty much a hit or miss". Are you referring to the dialogue, animation, quest, etc?
Well done guys! Super cute game and for the most part gameplay was super smooth!
I would say maybe turn up the speed of the character and the dialogue slightly as it tends to drag at times. It's not horrible, but I think upping the speed of things would make it more noticablle to players when the wind and other factors are working against them!
Also, I would highly suggest turning down the sound of the footsteps! It has some good SFX, but it's significantly louder than the music and very repetitive. I want to hear the cute music playing in the background!
Overall, very well done!
This is so cute! The graphics are absolutely stunning and I loved the narrative you guys created! I will say, maybe split up some of the dialogue into smaller pieces. People tend to only read about 8 words at a time while playing games, so just cut it up a bit so it's not so overwhelming to the player! Also just a note, if you try to exit the game whilst in a dialogue chunk, the dialogue overlays the quit button making it impossible to click on. Overall great job! 5/5 from me :)

Hey Folks! Congrats on getting your games submitted! I've noticed the majority of games only have 1 or 2 ratings on them which is super sad as there are so many people participating in this jam... In the spirit of community building and collaboritve engagement, my team is actively rating games that have little to no ratings.
Please feel free to respond below and everyone on my team will rate your games! We are also compiling a list of our favorites!
If you could take a moment to rate our browser game as well, we would be highly appreciative!
You can check out our game here: Doctor Eisenbarth: Traveling Doctor
Hiya! Loved the concept, I would definitely like to see more of this! Unfortunately, I could never get past "a blur of the last five years in my head". Would have loved to have seen more :( I think you could definitely use a nice relaxing soundtrack, and even a voice over so the gae has a more vivd experience!
