wow this submission is really good. Super polished and really funnn! Found myself coming back to play 😭

thank you sm!

Thank youuu!

Thank you for playing! Haha I have an update coming out with a ton of new stuff after the jam. The random damage is due to me forgetting to set the hitbox function once the float has ended. Took me way longer than needed to realize that 😭 thank for the kind words

wow I love the lighting and the sound effects this is a really relaxing game

I made a game about a chicken named Cluck! Stop opossums to help cluck out. Or hurt his feelings and leave him all alone 🥲🐤

this was super fun! The water rising is super clever.

Pretty good game

Thank you :)

😂 thank you! I love that part too

thank youuu :)

I love the music and concept for this game 😭 the music is so well done. I could listen to it for hours. The gameplay was simple yet so relaxing. Glad I could play on my phone as well. And the combo pop ups really felt nice

pretty good game. And the duck looks cute as well. Wish the art was more consistent. But good entry overall :)

I love the art & sound! Using the wind to dodge the danger was pretty fun to use and worked pretty well. Game felt super smooth. 10/10

😭😂 nice

I had to check this out! The art is so beautiful 😭 and I even played on my phone this is 10/10. The sounds fit so well as well

Thank You smm!! There are a lot of pixel are submissions so the hand drawn look really does stand out

I spent 6 hours working on my game. Only for Unity to crash and I had to start over. So, I went to sleep for about 5 hours. Then worked on the game for about 20 hours after that. I like where it’s at now but working on an update for after the jam :)

Thank You sm!

lmao 💀

Thank you Brodie! I will def keep that going 🔥

😂 thank you lil bro ❤️

Thank youuuuy ❤️❤️❤️

It’s okay. The opossums do damage the Coop if you’re not fast enough :) this serves as a purpose for the player to not get bored standing in one spot allowing missed opossums to despawn. A cut scene of them marching away with the egg is in the works!

Collision between the player & enemy is disabled while the player is off the ground; unless there is a (target) touching the enemy. If you would like to send a video of the issue to my twitter I would be more than happy to fix it :)

Thank You! If you are on pc the controls are. “W or Space” to jump. And “E or Left-Click” to float and use ability while in the air

😂😭

Yesss I did! Thank you so much!

wow, this game is absolutely gorgeous. I love the sound choices & overall visual aesthetic!

😭 thank you for the beautiful words! Cluck doesn’t mind :)

Thabk you so much for the feedback! Yes I’m aware of the audio being off by default. I wanted to fix it but already posted the game. The floating to different heights is intentional but not actually mentioned. So thank you for pointing that out. It’s to allow faster chained attacks. And what you mentioned about being able to drop early is a feature that’s in the game but not implemented until the next update. I will also make the blood particles move a bit faster and react the way they should. Thank you once again! Cluck will be just fine :)

😂 thank youuuu!! Cluck will hopefully make it to tomorrow

Ahhh thank you!!! If it’s an issue on my end I’ll get it fixed. Note: pressing P pauses the game and brings up the pause menu. On mobile the pause button in the top left does this same action

Thank you for the feedback! And thanks for playing. I will look into making the pacing better

thank you sm!

you can save the High Score by creating a player pref.

Ex: PlayerPrefs.SetInt("HighScore", HighScore);

you call the PlayerPrefs func. Declare a name for you pref. And then set that pref to the instance of a variable. Such as the one that stores your highscore.

When you load the Scene that stores the high score. In start or awake call.

HighScore = PlayerPrefs.GetInt("HighScore");
