I took some damage randomly, not sure what happened there. I think everyone else pointed out the other stuff.

Thank you for playing! Haha I have an update coming out with a ton of new stuff after the jam. The random damage is due to me forgetting to set the hitbox function once the float has ended. Took me way longer than needed to realize that 😭 thank for the kind words

i tried playing again, and while in air, any opposums below me damaged me
Collision between the player & enemy is disabled while the player is off the ground; unless there is a (target) touching the enemy. If you would like to send a video of the issue to my twitter I would be more than happy to fix it :)

my bad, i meant if i fly past the opposum, and it touches the house, i get damage for that.
It’s okay. The opossums do damage the Coop if you’re not fast enough :) this serves as a purpose for the player to not get bored standing in one spot allowing missed opossums to despawn. A cut scene of them marching away with the egg is in the works!

The art and animation are remarkably smooth. Opossums aren’t really my thing so I’ll do my best to achieve a higher score 😂

Cute game, love the art. It was a little rough around the edges though. The music felt a bit obnoxious and out of play, and idk why the audio was off by default. I didn't realize it kicked you out when you went to change settings, which doesn't make sense as it was a pause menu, not going back to the main menu. The attack was a little janky, as it sometimes didn't trigger, you floated to different heights sometimes and your comb flies away. Having the option to come down early would have been nice too. It felt really juicy when you took out an oppossum but the floaty and slow moving blood particles counteract that. Having a death screen instead of instantly kicking you back to the menu would have been nice too. Overall, super cute, I hope cluck is okay.
Thabk you so much for the feedback! Yes I’m aware of the audio being off by default. I wanted to fix it but already posted the game. The floating to different heights is intentional but not actually mentioned. So thank you for pointing that out. It’s to allow faster chained attacks. And what you mentioned about being able to drop early is a feature that’s in the game but not implemented until the next update. I will also make the blood particles move a bit faster and react the way they should. Thank you once again! Cluck will be just fine :)

Ahhh thank you!!! If it’s an issue on my end I’ll get it fixed. Note: pressing P pauses the game and brings up the pause menu. On mobile the pause button in the top left does this same action
