I wish I could help but sadly I don’t have the knowledge and/or skills to get even close to what you’ve achieved! I’m sure there is someone here who will be able to help.

I hope that sometime in the future I can create something as good as this!

You should definitely continue development and either expand this story or implement another game using your engine.

Amazing game - fun to play and very nice controls!

The website doesn't allow this until the jam is over - I have posted a message on the jam forum asking about this so I'll wait to see if Javid replies. Until then, it's just provided as-is.

My apologies if it prevents people from playing the game.

This is my first jam so for next time I'll remember to leave more time for play testing (or at least ask someone else to try running it)!

Thank you very much!

Thank you as well for the link, I had a feeling it had something to do with this type of issue but couldn't get my head around a fix. This page explains it perfectly! I'll try and update the code for releasing after the voting period.

In the meantime I'm going to say the in-universe explanation for the curving walls is that the power surge affected the cameras on the rover... ;-)

That's fair enough

Looks amazing and so realistic. Congratulations!

I like the idea of testing to find out the solution. I think there's potential for some very interesting puzzles/modules.

Amazing!

Looks great, plays great, sounds great!

The lighting is especially impressive.

One slight issue I had was that the mouse movement was jerky/bouncy. Was that just an issue on my system? But that didn't distract from the experience at all for me so congratulations!

I really enjoyed this game! As has been noted by Deep-Fold, understanding the top left of your character is the collision detection point is the key to this. Very challenging, but very entertaining.

(I like the star field in the background!)

Hi there, I just wanted to ask if it is allowed to add files to our submissions now that the deadline has passed.

Specifically for me I just want to add an exe so that the user does not need to install python. I haven't changed the meat of the code, only some asset loading stuff which for some reason caused issues. Someone else on the discord said they wanted to add a solution guide to their submission.

Would things like this be acceptable reasons for adding files or do the submissions need to stay as-is until the voting is over?

Cheers!

Hi CPU, with help from Anton I've managed to create an exe - do you know if we can add things to our submission now that the deadline has passed?

Hi CPU, I'll try again to get an executable working and then maybe add it to the file list.

Hi Anton, I have tracked down the issue and have fixed it. Thank you very much for your comment, it led me in the right direction to track down the error and I've even created an exe file which works (at least on my computer!)
