It's not the theme, you're right, "Time Loop" was last month. The organiser just didn't show up so I guess the jam's just void.

Love the concept, could really bring a good narrative to it if you had the time. Was fun searching for all the anomalies, the stretched truck was my personal favourite. Then I jumped on a dumpster and got stuck lmao.

Was a cool little game until I crashed into a ship and couldn't fire :( I bit more polish would make it great, but well done!

Fun game! Felt like a fast-paced arcade game, dash mechanic was neat and super fun when you learn the timing. Good job :)

Not sure if it's just me, but the game loads and I'm just stuck looking at the trees - can't move or anything?

Nice work, was fun to play! Pickaxe op :)

Thanks for playing! I think I missed it out the control menu, but you have to hover over the item with the mouse and press E. It was to avoid pickup spamming :)

Thank you!

Very cool take on the theme, and well executed! Reminds me a lot of "There is no game" :)

Love the vibe, very relaxing :)

Hey thanks for playing :) I had a bunch of ideas for procedural levels, enemies/combat and stealth mechanics, but realised the game was already way out of scope - hence the couple of bugs I couldn't get with the short time I left for playtesting :( But I may revisit it with a bit more time.
The reward items don't get added because I forgot to uncomment the function call when I was finished debugging :|

Cool game, the grappling hook mechanic was kinda janky, but that made it better!

Thank you :) It's all about being in the yellow marked zone when your timer runs out - balancing looting with making sure you can extract it all.

Thanks for playing! The idea is you're scavenging items for the missions in the HQ screen. Maybe I don't explain it well in the game lmao. It does have music but I'm an idiot and forgot to check the loop checkbox so it only plays the once :|

Super interesting to play. Learning to rotate the ship to narrowly avoid clipping corners was my highlight :)

This was great! Really good use of lighting to make an asset pack that hundreds will have used feel unique. Gameplay was fun, although a little easy eventually. I loved that everything was destructible :) Felt really polished, good job!

Clearly needs work to become a proper game, but you know that. I like the concept, you could take it into all manner of directions (horror, strategy, adventure etc). The submarine controls need a little work - I don't know if you wanted to have a reverse gear, but if you crash into a wall it's pretty hard to get going again. Overall a nice concept, interested to see what you could do with it with a little more time and a proper direction.

This is great! I like the turn-based combat and it feels well polished. A little difficult, but something you could definitely master as you play. Good job :)

Very good, feels really polished! The platforming wasn't too hard or too easy, enough to keep me playing. Nice work :)

Fun game! Took me a while to work about how the runes worked (I was throwing chicken at a rock for a minute), but afterwards it was a nice challenge. The player controller could be a little smoother, but otherwise good job :)

That's awesome, thank you so much :)

Thank you :)

That means a lot, thank you!

It's a horrendously designed algorithm that takes into account player level, boss and location difficulty, and strengths and weaknesses. That sort of design has never been my strong suit but I always manage to force myself to use one lmao. Thank you for playing though :)

Thanks :) I tried changing the text right before submission, but somehow broke everything so had to revert. I did eventually update it now the jam's finished, but thank you for the nice comments!

Thank you! I had a design meltdown with the card area to be honest, trying to mix clarity whilst also trying to add a layer of difficulty via resource management was more difficult than I imagined. I'll probably do a design pass now the jam has finished :)

Made me realise my short-term memory is awful, but a fun test nonetheless!

I like the concept, I can imagine it being really interesting with the gameplay fleshed out a little more. Always a fan of good pixel art too, good job :)

Very cute, very relaxing! Not gonna look at Krakens the same way now :)

Really cool idea! Would have been nice for it to be a little longer, maybe you could randomised/procedural requests in the future to really flesh it out. Good job :)

Do you have the controls listed anywhere? I couldn't work out how to get past the table for the life of me.

Nice idea! I saw a lot of people working on "you are the bullet" games, but this is the first I've seen where you're moving from place to place. My only gripe is having to completely reset when you fail a level, but otherwise good job!

I like the idea, and good job on the comedic writing! A few bugs made it hard to play, such as the collision pushing me out the level, and hitboxes being a little inconsistent. But still fun, good job!

Love the idea, reminds me of the old flash games I used to play at school. Can't get past the "Mash A+D" though, not sure if it's broken or just me? Would have been nice for some elements to be randomised, for example the box level is super easy once you realise it's always the far right.

Not sure if I missed different levels based on your screenshots? Fun take on a TD game, I like the idea of being able to possess towers, super cool. Seemed a little easy, one crossbow was enough for me to win. There's also an exploit where you can just collect infinite souls by using the urn but not proceeding.

Not sure how to run this? (Don't know if it's a Mac vs PC issues?)

You needed to zip everything in the file you pulled these files from. I agree with sharkunderground though, interesting concept!

Fun little minigame! I love the art and animations, nice work.

It may be worth adding controls to the itch page? I spent a while running around collecting scrap and building traps, but had no idea how to use them.
