Thanks for playing, and I’m glad to hear you had fun! :)

Very cool game! Interesting take on the 2 button theme, and the puzzles were very well crafted. I think the difficulty of the puzzles spiked a little too quickly, but given there's only 8 levels and this was a game jam, I thought you did an excellent job despite it. I found myself really determined to beat the game, and it was nice to see a new mechanic introduced every 1-2 levels it seemed like. I thoroughly enjoyed playing. Really nice job! :D

Cool game and concept. I think the lack of a tutorial definitely hurts the game a bit, as at least when I played, I never fully understood why or how I died. Given the time constraints of the game jam though, that's understandable. There seems to be a lot of work put into it which can definitely be seen (e.g. the sounds, randomization, candle light flickering, etc.). Very creative overall. Good job, keep it up! :)

Cool game, simple to understand but hard to master. Variety of levels was nice. Sound effects were funny, especially when you crash enough times lol. Overall, nice job :)

Cool game! As others have said, a little too much HP on enemies but otherwise the game is pretty well balanced and fun to play.  Love the pirate theme. Very good amount of polish, too. Nice job!

I completely agree with you there lol. Regardless, thanks for checking my game out! :)

LOL yeahhh sorry about that, but happy to hear you figured it out, and thanks for the compliment! :)

Thanks for playing, I hope it was fun! (Sorry about the goblin, he lacks manners lol)

Thanks for the compliments! As for the statue, you can just interact with it to move it (I failed to make it clear you can hold E/Space to Interact with things, oops). Glad you enjoyed it nevertheless :)

(1 edit)

Glad to hear you loved it! I failed to explicitly mention you can Interact or outright ignore some things, so my bad haha. Things like the guard can be passed without fighting and as for the gremlin fella, yeah he's just kinda meant to do at least 1 damage to ya lol.

Thank you! Yeah I realized a little too late that the lack of any sort of tutorial might be rough for players, lol. Glad to hear you figured it out and enjoyed it regardless, though.

Ohh maybe. I’m not sure if there’s an easy way for me to remedy that at the moment. I might consider some alternative controls in the future though, that might make playing on laptop easier.

Hope you like the game so far! :)

Oh, that’s weird that you’re having that issue. Not sure if you’re using a different setup (e.g. controller) but you use your mouse to aim and left-click to attack, similar to games like Enter the Gungeon. Let me know if that helps or if the issue persists! Regardless, I’ll keep that in mind going forward. Thanks for checking out the game!
