Rescuing children using exploding babies! What's not to love about that?

There was a lot to love about this game and I'm going to come back and play more after the jam. I'd really love to see what more you have in store for this!

Most of my feedback you've heard during my stream but I'll share what I liked and disliked most here for others who are hopefully going to try this game out.

Liked: The eggsecution of the writing and the eggspessions was so much fun that I wanted to see more.

Disliked: It's a love-hate with the invulnerability items. While they helped me in all the chaos, it could also take away the thrill of the game.

I didn't get to play too far due to a bug which you were able to see from my stream but from what I was able to play, it did keep me interested.

I gave you most of my feedback on stream but I did forget to mention that I was overwhelmed by the skill/tech trees. At first glance it shocked me to see all the different skill trees but then it hit me that you were in a way, giving the player full freedom to pick each character's "class" in some way, which I thought was cool. I think each tree getting its own "window" or and isolated view in the center would help this though. Check out some info or videos on the Grim Dawn skill tress or Horizon Forbidden West skill trees, which in some ways were equally overwhelming to look at but managed it a little by providing a less compact view.

The skill trees you have aren't too complex against some of the other games I've seen, but the presentation makes it look way more intimidating than it is.

I loved this game! You heard most of my feedback during the stream but honestly, the carefully laid out levels felt wonderful! There are puzzle games out there that make you want to rage quit with their need for exact precision but this game didn't make you feel that way despite the expectation to execute the skills/abilities well.

I look forward to seeing this game come out in January!

Just a bit of info on my rating.

As you know, I didn't get to play too much but from what I played, I did enjoy it!

I didn't judge the completeness of the game or how bug-free the game is since it was in development. Instead, I based it on how you were able to present where the game was headed as an experience to those who would play it.

You've pretty much got most of my feedback from the stream! I am looking forward to playing more! I will keep in touch!

Hi Dayze and team! Thanks for the fun game! I had to play it through a 2nd time to uhh... ki.. nvm. It was a ton of fun and I was surprised by the whole orb mechanic! I'd love the option of a hard mode and more balancing if you are developing this further. Also, the I loved the character design! Need more Fluffy!

I hate your game... how could you kill these poor chinchillas like that! You should be ashamed at...
Nah this was fun haha! I really enjoyed the whole shooter platformer experience and the little mechanics that made this game somewhat different from others like the limited shooting range and the mechanics of shooting downwards.
Pretty sure you know about some of the sound issues of the game by now so I won't go into that much. Lookin' forward to playing more! Gotta give me some Budkah first! (in case I can't type that here)

Had someone recommend this game to me while I was streaming games from the Jam and I gotta say I really liked this one. Managing the different states of Aqua to solve the puzzles was a ton of fun and I wish there were more stages!
I'd definitely recommend to others who drop in and watch the stream.
Please let me know if you add more!

Thanks for sharing your game! I think I had way too much fun messing around with the sfx changing when you broke the surface of the water!

Keep working at the game, it'd make for something fun for the kids!

Oh and the sand ate my treasure!

The physics of this game made it a ton of fun!

Got the Discoball and had a lot more fun... then I got annoyed cause it was layered over the other music... turned it off... felt bored... turned it back on and the fun came back... retired with $420 in my pocket and never looked back.

But seriously, reminded me of crazy taxi but with it's own uhh... physics... xD Was good fun!

Kael promoted this as a relaxing platformer, and game does not disappoint. Would 100% play this when I'm stressed or angry to relax!

A lot of testing went into getting everything just right for the challenges though and that is really appreciated. I really loved the Aquatic moonwalk like movement and gravity that gave this it's uniqueness.

I'd tell everyone to relax and play this game anytime!

This was fun and had me guessing whether or not there was going to be a boss at the end or if it was going to be endless. At first I was annoyed at the limited octagonal movement of the WASD then I realized IT HAS CONTROLLER SUPPORT! YESS! Was able to do much better after using a controller. Won't ruin the guesswork or surprise of the game, but it was a fun challenge.

Something that bothered me was the way the sfx would overlap in too many layers when you picked up the exp and it got loud and distorted. Thinking there could be a limit to how many of the sound overlapped.

Let me know when there's more! I'd be happy to play!

Help! (squeaky voice)
Intro was silly and I was hoping to get more of that from the npcs you had to protect. The game makes for a fun clicker with a nice touch of roguelike upgrades. Was thinking if this could end up more like those clicker games where you could keep upgrading and with more progression rather than a death and start over kind of game.

I mentioned in my stream that I'd really think it'd be a cool game to throw into a pack of multiplayer minigames going for a high score trophy kind of thing like WarioWare or Marioparty. In that case, it'd be fun to compete against others to give it some replayability especially with everyone picking different upgrades. Keep it up!

Now THIS was a tough game! I spent a good chunk of time on my stream determined to beat it. The pacing, level design, and such were great and yet the game has such a simple concept. Music and sfx set the right mood too!
When's Level 2 coming out?! >=P

Being a Desktop game the lack of audio is perfect for this but was hard to rate xD
Anyway, really cute game! I even retweeted it on my twitter when I found your page. As a vtuber and streamer, I'd actually love if this was some kind of interactive part of my stream if that is something possible. I think it might catch on!
Hope you keep updating!

Would love to play more! Was relaxing and I quite enjoyed the exploration. I'd love to playtest for you again if ever you have updates!

I didn't think to mention it before but a mode with randomized maps would be great for replayability after the main campaign if you decide to continue developing the game further. Part of what made this great was not knowing where to go next, and just smoothly navigating to the objective.

"Lasers" *puts pinky to mouth.
Has controller support!!! LETS GOO! Will need to play this again to beat it. Sharks are cooler than whales! PEW PEW!

Who doesn't like a good TD that gives you the freedom to strategically place things? Was fun, I need to play it again when I can spend more time on it.

I had a lot of fun with the slower shots. I need to play this again still after Niko informed me of all the mechanics that I didn't get to figure out. Also, I ran into a bit of a glitch while picking an upgrade.

This was different! Simple, short, and had me curious til I tried everything.

Was able to stumble upon this game and thought it was pretty fun! Was saying on my stream, to my viewers, that while this seems simple on its own, this would be great in some kind of minigame bundle with multiplayer going for high score!

Keep it up!

I love a good puzzle game that has you thinking! I want more!
For a crammed game this has a great story and amazing artwork!
Did I mention I'd like more? xD

Anytime! Thank you for coming to my stream and letting me play your game!

Was a pleasure having you at the stream! Thank you for the fun!

I got the rough gist of the game and would come back to play more! Music and gameplay are calming. The UI actually had me curious and drawn in.

This was different, game is carried heavily by the artwork and narrative. Kept me playing to the end. Not quite a lot of "gameplay" though.

A classic escape room feel but gives you the option to see if you'd survive at your current progress! Was fun while it lasted!

Got to about the top of the "2nd level"... Fell to the start... cried a bit... Will come back to race my daughter to see who beats this first!

Play this if you're up for the challenge!

Grrrrgllle rrrlllrlrrr.

Play the game to understand this comment better. =P Fun game, could use a bit more work on the difficulty progression.

I feel that this game ran with the Aqua theme and took it to another level! I highly recommend it but also don't want to spoil anything with my review so PLAY THIS.
Also WOW they had a whole cinematic going at the start!

I'd say if this game were bundled with a few of the other simple games, it's make a fun party competition bundle.  On it's own, the game could feel a bit repetitive but still fun. A good amount of love was put into the artwork!

Reminds me of quite a few gather-and-sell games I've played on mobile but with a very relaxing feel. The music choice makes it very easy to forget how much time has already passed. I could imagine this expanding to a more Terraria-like game with more activities and objectives to explore.

I spent quite a bit of time chilling on the menu to listen to the music. Game was a fun gather and craft, has potential!

Simple game but the story, visuals, and music, had me wanting to keep going!

Enjoyed the game! I could see how this was meant to be a Multiplayer game but probably hit time constraints. As someone mentioned, it does remind me of FAR, but also reminds me of Lovers In A Dangerous Spacetime. Would love to see this polished up more!

Hiiiii Everyone!

Vtuber, streamer, and composer here! As my name suggests, I'm a Music person so I'd be happy to hear some awesome audio in your production. Of course, I know it's still in dev and music ends up last on the list, but still, it's the icing on your cake! I compose for indie games and am most inspired by the creative work of indie developers. I'll be doing feedback and Music composition streams regularly so feel free to reach out!

On another note, I am also colorblind and suffer both Protanopia and Deuteranopia so I'd be that guy to help you a bit with your visual accessibility feature if you have it! We disabled gamers always appreciate devs who show care for our kind!

I love all genres and look forward to eating your cake... err... playing your games!

Totally understand and sorry to hear that you couldn't play our game. This was something highly discussed with the team, based on all the feedback. Was our first game jam and we went pretty all out that we didn't consider everything in the 48 hours.

There is actually a gameplay video in case you are interested in what the game is about. I'll message you with an update if you are still interested in playing it once we've optimized the game.

Thank you for at least trying and for letting us know!

There is definitely a charm to not having a tutorial and discovering things like when you first blast yourself with the fire shrooms. Need to find that balance. Glad you had fun!

Thank you for playing!
