The art and UI are really polished and the mechanics and game as a whole feels extremely finished. The camera felt really jarring to me though, i felt it could only move in one direction at a time and wouldnt really go where i wanted it. Other than that this game is really well made and has a lot of juice!

I really like the movement when in the water, and at first I liked the out of water movement... then i got to that staircase. I think the players rotation should be clamped or completely turned off when out of water as my camera spinning around made it almost impossible to progress. Other than that I really enjoyed the rest of the game :))

This was such a fun game. I played it longer than any of the others and didn't even realise! The sound effects and attacks are really satisfying and I love the little animations on the upgrade screen. Each time I thought I had seen all the enemies a new one appeared which was really fun. Plus the dash is a really good idea to spice up movement a bit. I only wish it was a bit easier to glance and see exactly what weapon you were upgrading. Really good submission!

This has such good game feel and feels super polished, the art is really good and I like all the different upgrade ideas. I also really like the animation on the title :)

Really great atmosphere and the big fish are genuinely terrifying, movement is a little wonky but it kinda adds to the anxiety :)

The art and atmosphere are really good, plus I liked punching the big orange glumbo :)

The footsteps are a little jarring but the gameplay is actually really fun to play. Good job!

Really nice artwork and the mechanics are very fun :)

Would be nice if you could pick up more than one stick at a time, or have some way to automate their collection. Fun though!

For the second level you need to to roll over the gaps to reach the area with the aliens, I assumed players would just figure out that this is a mechanic but tbh that's bad level design on my part. If there are really no aliens in the level though then I don't know what the bug could be, thank you for playing though!

This artstyle is actually gorgeous. The water shaders and physics are so cool and fun and I love how all the other buildings look in this style! So so polished and so so fun.

Loved it :) Everything fits so well and flows really nicely and it feels so polished! I could see myself buying this game on steam to relax to. One thing I would add is a sound indicator when you catch a fish, other than that this is literally perfect.

Cool concept! I agree with everyone else that there should be some tutorial explaining what to do. I think the control are a bit inconveniant too but once I got the hang of things it was pretty fun!

I like how you have to sacrifice water clarity and low pollution levels to boost your tick rate, adds a nice risk system. Good submission!

I really like the idea of slowly expanding your movement area. Add a few different turrets and upgrades and this could become a full game. Cool concept

All the art and UI is super polished and all the fish designs are great. I love how alive everything feels!

Thank You!

Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed it :)

A masterpiece

All the dialog really makes this so much fun to play and all the character designs are great. I love the idea of having to keep a conversation whilst pouring it really captures the stress hell that is being a waiter. Good job!
I hate jerry from accounting.

Someone's played Dave the Diver LMAO But this game is really cool. I like the main character design as well as how you integrated 3D and 2D art. Game bugged out for me though and i couldnt dive after buying an upgrade

This was so fun! I loved the enemy designs and the whole map has had a lot of effort put into it. The art is really good even if theres a bit of mixelling here and there. Great submission!

This is such an original idea! If you made someway to pull the mushrooms and fixed the hitboxes a little then this could become a full game. Very cool concept and good art

The art is really nice and I LOVE the walk animation :))

Fun game! The slow movement of the pig and the time it takes to dig up each spot made the game both relaxing and suspenseful. Plus I liked the birds :)

Really good gameplay loop and attacking with the fish is fun. Good sound effect too :)

Man this is so sick. The amount of juice that oozes from this game is incredible. Super polished and super fun.

I am the coolest fish. This was actually one of my favourite experiences with a video game in a long time, the fact you managed to make this in a week makes me so jealous. This is the type of stuff I want to make. It's perfect.

I really wish you had more time to work on this because the movement is so cool and the visuals are insane. For a couple hours this is really impressive!

Thank you so much! Yeah im aware of that bug but just couldn't be bothered to spend time on it haha. I'm glad the pathfinding worked well too as that was definitely the most stressful part lol

Just updated the build to be force windowed mode which should solve the problem for now.

FOR ANYONE THAT HAD ISSUES WITH THE GUN, I've forced the game into 720p windowed mode to hopefully resolve the problem temporarily until I make a settings menu. Thank you for playing :)

Yeah there is a problem with detecting the centre of screens that arent 1920x1080, ill fix it soon and release a patch

Thanks so much!

Making a game harder doesn't really make it more fun. You can still have the player die when touching the walls but, as there is no way to see if you have a key or not, maybe dont kill the player when touching a door.

This really made me FEEL like Larry Walters

Cool idea but sometimes the gear you need to find just doesnt exist. If the bugs were fixed and some more gear types were added and maybe a penalty for getting it wrong then this could become pretty good!

I like the pixel aesthetic for the character and the swinging is a pretty fun mechanic. Sometimes movement and collisions can be a bit wacky though.

This is so polished I don't even know what to say. Making a game that also serves as a training guide for another game IN A GAME JAM is a big flex. Very nice visuals and all the buttons feels so nice to press
