Great game! Although the difficulty level is pretty hard, it is worth it on the graphics design and the code behind it. The music is nice and the game fits the theme perfectly. Best of luck with the game jam!

This was a very cool game! (Way better than mine). Although the movement is a bit snappy, the animations and all the graphics were amazing. The game is according to the theme and is made very well. Great game.

Although, If you don’t mind, I have been now stuck to another bug. You see that while using instantiate for patrol enemies, only one of them follows the player. The other enemies just move around until the enemy which is following the player is destroyed. Is there a way to go around this hustle?

Hello, I am a solo indie game developer who is stuck in a trouble. I want to save a player’s name and want to use it in another scene. But as the new scene loads (in unity), the name data is gone!

Kindly help me with my problem. I want a way to store data and things even when the game isn’t running. Also, I want it to be like I save it in one scene and use it in any of the scenes. Your comments will be appreciated!

Hello again, just wanted to ask about a problem which is annoying me.

Like in other games, such as in transit bus in cod bo2, we have seen that the player MOVES along with the bus as soon as the bus starts when we are inside. But when we are outside the bus and the bus starts, we are still.

I have tried so much to overcome this problem but can not find a solution. When I move out of my vehicle and if it is still moving, a net force acts on me which is parallel to the direction of the bus. I do not know how to remove it. Kindly help me with my problem. Your help will be appreciated.

Thanks, it helped me with the problem! But now my player is not staying still on the ground. And also when I move, it kind of lags and does show a snappy movement, even though I am using a fixed update.

I am using unity

So I am making a multiplayer online game in 3d on pirates. I have set up my ship, player, and character controller. I have also made a steerer script that switches the view when I press f to steer and disables the player movement.

Here is the question!

How do I make my ship that it always moves in the same direction it is facing, even when I am not steering? Also, if I start to steer my ship, I want it to be like if I change my direction (using the arrow keys), the force that moves the ship forward also changes and applies to the direction in which the ship is facing.

I have tried A LOT and could have just made the ship rotate in the direction I want, but I can’t make it move in that direction. If you are a developer, please help me in this situation. Your help will be highly appreciated!

Thanks for the help. I found that there was a problem with the RayCast system, and now it is good as new. Soon my game will be finished.

I have recently tried to develop a replica of "Big Head Football", but with a shoe (lol). But on playtest, I found some errors that occur in box colliders of the goal. In fact, it occurs almost every time I play with my partner. The player sticks with the goal's collider. Here are some snapshots:

I have done the following stuff to avoid this. It gets less often, but not totally correct:

Changed "Update" to "FixedUpdate".

Change the size of the collider2D.

Shifted from edge to box, and even tried different colliders (except custom collider).

Now the game is more like a GAME. With new sprite animations and title texture, you and your friends can play this splitscreen across all computer platforms! This is a two-player game with splitscreen. The goal of the game is to light up the correct torch to update your score. It is identical to any of the torches. Watch Out! The torches are randomized and they MOVE to random locations after an interval of 20 seconds.

Sorry, I had limited time. This game was made using Unity. I will soon post some pictures and will update this game according to te needs and try to fix any bugs. This was my first game so it might have some drawbacks.
