The graphics, audio, and idea for this are all so good. Too bad you didn't have more time for it but I would definitely play the more fleshed out version.

Neat, once I got the hang of the jump/dive timing I could really appreciate this one. Smart idea to make a speed-run focused game for a jam too.

Wow, this is really cool. I particularly liked the real-time aspect of the puzzles and the scene transitions.

I really like the top-down perspective and graphics but it took me some time to understand the gameplay.

Cool idea. I liked the dialogue from the villain. Hopefully you can flesh it out more if you continue with this project post-jam

Thanks!

Thank you!

Wow, feels obvious but not a mechanic I even considered. I'll have to explore that.

Thank you! Definitely going to experiment with mouse aiming and movement.

Thanks! Chaos is definitely what I was going for

Thank you! I agree about the control scheme and that this idea would be better pursued as a long-term project. Ultimately I think this game is more of a proof-of-concept than a prototype. The player growing stronger as the game goes on, along with possibly gaining items/equipment is on my list for sure.

Thank you! I was going for the idea that, as a feeble minion, you can't take too many hits, but I didn't communicate that idea to the player well. I think it would also benefit from both more evasion mechanics and a system of power-ups.

Thanks for such detailed feedback! I agree the controls were a big miss. I would like to address point 2, the reason that neutral enemies are found in the forest area between lanes is that these neutral enemies are a typical inclusion in a MOBA.   https://dota2.fandom.com/wiki/Neutral_creeps

Thanks!

Thank you!

Thank you!

Thanks for the feedback!

I'll have to check out that anime

You can aim and shoot diagonally with the WASD keys, but it's less intuitive than I had hoped

Thank you! That's the plan

Thank you! Definitely not going to use that control scheme again

Thanks for the feedback! I agree that choice was a miss
