There is a parallax layer plus a shader to create liquid like motion. I've made the project open source if you are interested in how it was made

Cool game, mabe needs some tweakings of its speed or to have the speed gradually go up the longer you play. But amazing work for a week end

It was nice and smooth, controls were a bit slippery and the camera was sticking to the character which makes the player a bit dizzy. I would recommand to vertically synchronize the camera on landing instead of it following the character during the jump and adding a bit of elasticity to the camera when moving forward.

The hunger system is a very nice touch ! well done

Thanks for the feed back, I surely will increase the probability of the shots to be found in chests and their initial number. I will also study the possibility to have a ranged weapon instead of a sword.

I liked the idea and atmosphere, but felt that the platforming needs some tuning, ended up in pit falls a few times and the environment felt a bit empty. I Would like to see how it will turn up as a full game later.

Thanks for the feed back, The next version will fill the different rooms with other kind of traps ad breakable objects, As for the 3 shots, I will increase the probability of finding additional shots in the chests.
