Thanks for playing! Glad to hear that you liked it. I hear you on the multiplayer bit, maybe 2020 wasn’t the best year for a local co-op game lol. Would’ve liked online co-op but that was out of scope for the jam sadly. There was a restart button in the controls (listed on Itch page), however we should have made this a UI element, but we ran out of time. This will definitely be fixed in a v2!

Thanks for playing it on stream! Just watched you play it on the VOD, sorry that I couldn’t be there live! I rather agree with all the points you made. The first encounter is definitely a bit too hard for 1 player for your first time playing. Further, we definitely wanted to make the combat have more feedback, but we ran out of time with the deadline. Same goes with sounds, ui, etc. We may also revise the keyboard controls, as you seemed to not like the layout. We plan on updating this game post-jam and addressing all of those concerns. Again, thanks for playing!
Solid game. Had a bug on day 2 where someone offered to sell me “Nothing for 0”. I accepted and my money was set to NaN, and I was able to afford everything that people offered me for free. Other than that though, my only criticisms are that I felt the game was a bit slow at times, and I also wish there was a toggle for the intense post processing as it got a bit tiring to look at after a while. Overall though, fun game!
Insanely impressive for a jam game, I’d seriously consider buying this if it was endless or was longer at least. Everything felt very well polished. If I was going to nitpick, it took a bit to find all the encounters, especially in the right room before the boss, it was rather unintuitive to have to walk back to the left then down and around to get to the boss. Not a huge thing since its not really the main point of the game but I would’ve preferred WASD over click to move. Also would’ve liked to know what paying the 10k to the pit boss actually did for me before paying him off. Those are all really minor though, game is easily 5/5.
Interesting idea. Instructions were cut off on the edge of the screen when I started so was a bit confusing at first. I wasn’t able to put out the one you control with the mouse by using the water so I died every time I tried to play. I wish the movement was on WASD instead of arrow keys, as arrow keys and mouse is a bit cramped. Overall though it shows promise and could be pretty cool if refined a bit more.
