Great work! You nailed it!

It starts very fun and hectic! It's fun to hide and throw the pots. I never figured out how to win.

This is my favorite game so far!

  1. It was a little on the easy side. The invaders couldn't get out of the door. My mobs kept killing them as they spawned.
  2. Could have used multiple spawn points over time.
  3. The game glitched out and then crashed after about 5 minutes.

But this is the longest I've played and the most fun game I've tried!

This is great, and it escalates very nicely! Like the others mentioned I couldn't defeat the corn, and after a while upgrades were no longer available.

I love this! There are a few things I wish were different.

  1. Trash Cans and Street Lamps should not count as lives. In fact, they should give you points!
  2. Sometimes there's an unfair amount of objects.
  3. Sounds would have been great!

The game has a nice level of polish, but I was disappointed that objects outside of the bubble were still interactive. Would have been cool to turn off collision for platforms outside the bubble. The precision jumping made the game a little too artificially difficult for me, but I can see how others would enjoy.

I have an idea for further development though.

The Bubble starts at a certain size. It starts shrinking slowly right away. You have to collect objects to increase the size of the bubble and keep it from shrinking entirely. This could add an element of urgency to the game.

Hey I really liked this! Reminded me of Super Meat Boy when it started.

  1. I ran into a bug where it was playing several music tracks at the same time.
  2. When moving a platform I would pause the item at the last good location, and don't preview the object moving into unplaceable areas. It feels bad for the platform to reset because you were off by a couple of pixels.
  3. A "ghost" trail of the default path would be very helpful.
  4. I really like the control timeline at the time, but it wasn't obvious what it was until you hit play for the first time. I was trying to grab those "objects" to move them around.

What a beautiful game! Reminds me of when I pet my old dog, my young puppy gets super jealous. :D

The only improvement I would have liked is a more clear delineation between background elements and collide-able elements. Sometimes I wasn't sure what I was "hitting".

Solid entry, would have loved to see the finished game. You nailed the atmosphere and theme!

This is a great first game! I like the "twist" in the middle I was not expecting that.

Things to improve...

  • Use WASD for movement, it's more conventional.
  • The jump was a floaty and mechanical feeling. I could jump from the starting point to the end of the room.
  • Slow the character's speed when pushing an object.
  • Sounds. :D

Honestly, this is amazing! The escalation and music are nicely tuned.

I only rated 3/5 for the presentation because I encountered several bugs. On a few games, a "+1500"  button would appear and I could stay in place and score lots of points. And another time there were no + buttons only red and skulls.

Excellent work! The only thing I wish it had was the "CoyoteTiming". Bless you for adding level select!
