How does your game fit the theme?
In this puzzle-platformer, you can reverse roles with anything you see. Swap the properties of your character with the properties of the objects and enemies around you, changing the physics and behaviours of what’s in the level.

That's good mechanics, great art and a loooooot of levels all together.
Well done!
What a funky soundtrack, and a great game as usual!
I've seen the idea of swapping properties in some other games, but your implementation and the choice of objects works really well. Level design is great, the difficulty seems to be on point: took me a few restarts so not too easy, but also not too hard.
If I had to criticise something, it would be the object choosing control: it worked decently but maybe it could use some tweaking (or be replaced with a mouse-based system).
Don't know what else to say, outstanding job!
Love this game! Such a unique design! Frog is my favorite character!!
Art looks AMAZING!
Played through the whole game and was wishing for more!! Really hope you do another release!!
Perfect rating from me :)
It was a very cool core concept! The role swapping shenanigans got really convoluted really quickly, it was very funny to create such huge messes.
The controls were rough, it might have been better to do something with the mouse instead of holding a key & using the arrows to aim?
Also, puzzle platformers are difficult to design in that they're both puzzles and platformers... there were plenty of times where I was sure I had found a proper solution to the puzzle, but I wasn't able to execute it, and it was unclear if I was barking up the wrong tree.
The visuals and music were top notch!
This game is really good and creative! The only thing you could fix is the switch aiming. The idea, art style, music, animations - everything is impressive!
Great entry! The art is soooo adorable!
The gameplay is very nice, just a bit hard to grasp at first (I had some trouble with aiming to switch properties). I liked the abilities and how you could move around with them, although the frog one was the most unused in my run. Some collisions were a bit wonky, like sometimes things touched me and me enter the wall and die. Also, the tank/platforms collisions made the last stage very frustrating.
The music was super chill and neat, sfx were very fitting.
It's super cool that you can finish stages in multiple ways, kudos on that!
Overall, a really solid entry!
Pixel art looks so cool. I love puzzle platformer games. Good job!
Great pixel art coupled with fitting music and sound effects, probably some of the best in the jam. The core concept is neat and very well executed, with all of the combination being very intuitive. The puzzles explore what the game has to offer well and it does not overstay its welcome.
Any actual complaints run down to frustration with moving platforms killing you in all sorts of nonsensical ways as well as the minor annoyance that is the shots passing through walls straight in front of you. But moving platform physics are something that are a major pain even in a full game, never mind a 48 hour jam game, so impressive still.
When I played this game, I thought “Hey, it’s like my game but actually just done really well”
But I think what made your guys game more unique, was the screwing up a puzzle in a goofy way was funny.
Wrap that around in a well executed polished game. And you have an excellent game!
This is such a clever concept and with the amount of work put in might be the best game of the Jam
Played on stream! See the video for timestamp.
A really fun core mechanic that your group managed to get a lot of depth out of, it feels very full featured.
Incredible job! Love the color palette and the little characters. The swapping mechanic was really interesting and well utilized. I encountered a few bugs with the moving platforms but otherwise amazing game!
Thank you!
We're working on the platforms for the post jam version.
where can i but the full version?

This might be my favorite game in this jam! I love the concept of not only changing roles with something, but giving roles to objects by swapping them around. Super fun, creative, polished, love it!
Wow, I loved this, the polish was top-tier. Watching those platforms acting like frogs was hilarious.
Thank you!
I loved the pixel art and animations
I like this idea!
You know, when I was thinking about different ways to interpret "reversing roles", having characters swap roles midgame did come to mind. I'm glad to see someone explore this idea with such success. The game was both mechanically and visually easy to understand and enjoyable. The music felt repetitive after awhile, but was also really good. I particularly enjoyed how the game made use of swapping back and forth for verticality. I felt clever doing things like giving the platforms hops so they would be underneath me when I swapped to what I needed. The way the game pauses when swapping gives me the same feeling of doing something cool when I use bullet time in Tears of the Kingdom.
My hand did cramp a bit while playing it. Probably because I was trying to do everything with just the one hand (WASD, X, and Z are all keys I'd use my left hand for). But once I was using my right hand for swapping and abilities via J and Spacebar, I was a lot more comfortable and had an easier time controlling my character. In hindsight, I imagine that might have been the intended control scheme from the get go. Oops.
This is a well-rounded entry that knows what it wanted to do and executes on it. Congrats to the team for what they've managed to accomplish here.
Yeah, the game is definitely easier played with WASD+J or Arrows+X -- we forgot to make that clear in-game, but we did put it in the description
Thank you so much for the compliments!
