How does your game fit the theme?
For the theme of "Roles Reversed," I was interested in reversing subject-object relationships. A subject is one who acts, and an object is that which is acted upon. In my game, I made the player an object (a phone), and it acts upon its user, whom we would normally think of as the subject.
