Yeah I couldn't get the full layout done before the end of the jam so an update will have that tightened up.

The challenge in that is real, honestly a lot of it comes down to layout as I found with the one pager [front only!] TTRPGs I designed for some charity livestreams. But I've found its great for forcing you to get to the heart of how to play the game AND how to best communicate that with a potential player.
Great game and loved the first playthrough. Did run into a few hiccups with the music skipping, the game seizing up, and a few typos but I'm really looking forward to another playthrough here soon. If you want to check out the one I just finished or any future ones I do you can find them on my Twitch stream channel: https://www.twitch.tv/justkaythegamer
I do really think additional routes for Vivi and Marie would be pretty awesome though and give use a chance to learn as much about them as I did with Alexei in this playthrough.
Hi I played through the demo on my Twitch channel (https://www.twitch.tv/justkaythegamer) there were a few bugs that happened during play that I'd be more then happy to do a write up of later on. But I'm assuming at some point how I spend the MCs time between ambassador, fighting and studying affects some sort of outcome or choices available? It might be best to make that more obvious or trackable in some way so that the player can have more of a informed decision on how they want their MC to be a ruler. I'd also be open to playtesting for the full game to help catch any bugs early on if needed. If nothing else I am very much looking forward to the full game!
Hi, one and all!
So this was mentioned quickly in an email a few Jams ago and I wanted to expand on it further here. While currently, we are working hard behind the scenes to grow the Rainbow Jam community, bring more substance to you the participants, and increase participation we have lately had rather low submission numbers. It didn’t make sense to give 5 awards to a single game simply because it was the only one submitted so I called an audible and changed things up. Now instead of us awarding one of those every month, we will be moving to a yearly awards ceremony! Every time you submit a game to a Rainbow Jam this year it is automatically submitted into the list for the end of the year; this gives us time to come up with something really good to give the winners. The awards will still stay the same category-wise as they have for all previous Rainbow Jams.
We will also be giving raffle tickets out to people throughout the Jams that will then all go into a giant pot for some really cool things (we are still deciding on what, so feel free to give us input on that in the next Town Hall or through this form). You can earn these tickets a couple of ways: 1) by submitting a game [limited to one submission a Jam], 2) by giving real feedback on games that request it [limit still pending], 3) by promoting the current Jam on social media and tagging myself or the Rainbow Jam account in it [limited to one submission a jam]. Now, for the next couple of months this is still what we will consider Beta rules so they may change, but if they happen they will only change moving forward and not affect any past raffle tickets gained.
General 1: Your game's protagonist is a POC dealing with harassment in Trump's world by dodging text bubbles.
General 2: Your game's protagonist is a Queer child using their imagination to create a world to deal with real life problems (ie fighting a dragon may be MC facing down a bully).
RJ Challenge - Must Keep Moving 1: Your game's protagonist is a queer character dodging hate and collecting colors to set off rainbow powers, which is temp invincibility.
RJ Challenge - Must Keep Moving 2: Your game's protagonist is an animal running from a forest fire. You use the game to talk about problems facing the First Nation and loss of habitat/land through encounters and pop-ups.
It's mainly just realizing that way too many games the protagonist or MC(s) are straight, white and male simply by default and asking those participating in Rainbow Jam events to combat that with cognizant game design.
Welcome one and all! The whole point of these Rainbow Jams is to build a community that encourages and helps each other to build games where there is a lack of them. Ones with representation of ourselves. So in light of wanting to build that community here is the place to talk with each other, post questions if you are stuck on something, or even just talk about how hyped you. We also now have a Discord Server ( http://discord.gg/DunT8yr ) to keep the conversation going as well if you are want to do that instead.

(First bonus points for the pun, good job.)
Secondly I've tried not to be super strict on rules because I do want that creativity. If when you submit the game you can explain how it relates to the theme or the Jam or both I'll take it. A lot of things I've enjoyed playing the most have been abstract so I'm not about to shut that avenue down as long as it's with in reason
(I'll probably use alot of ! in this message so I apologize in advance)
Hi glitterflounc!
