Please rate mine :P

Heya! also check mine! https://keylem.itch.io/excellent-drawer

Yo, also check mine! https://keylem.itch.io/excellent-drawer

Bexecuted! Lol

It really felt like I was driving a shopping card. Lots of drifting and too difficult to control. It was really well-made. I've played it using keyboard/mause, the auto rotation was kinda buggy and screen was shaking a bit, but you've got a button on the settings to turn it off, so that wasn't a problem. Game wasn't catching the cursor tho, I have a 3 monitor setup and the cursor was all over the place when I turn around, maybe you can fix it in the future. Overall, it was really great! Idk why you only got 5 reviews tho, it's really underrated, share it!

+ kudos for the multiplatform. It ran without problem on linux :)

Hey I think you got a pretty nice game, but was the ennemies supposed to go down? I was just shooting at them and collecting coins. It was complete tho, no bugs, no problem and tons of effects / visuals. And also maybe you can post the credits screen on somewhere or make it scrollable? I've lost on it, it was too fast to read. But overall it was a good idea

+ kudos for the Linux and WebGL builds, multiplatform is da wae :)

but how did you installed them? Can you link to the page where you got the libraries? I've also got a windows pc I can try on that one, but usually python libraries are multi platform so probably that's not the issue in my opinion.

(1 edit)

No, I installed it using pip3 by typing (sudo pip3 install pygame) I'm on linux btw but that shouldn't be the issue I guess? How did you installed it?

No prob! I'll be looking forward for the build :)

Had fun playing it! Good job!

Thank you for your review!

I also wish it could go both ways. I've spent at least 6 hours to fix it but at the end I game up because of the time. I'll try fixing it after jam.

Thank you so much for your review!

I was rushing to finish my game so I couldn't give enough attention to my game page, and I've completelty forgot to write the credits, I've fixed the page now.

Song name = Mittsies - Titanium (Azazel's my waifu lol)

no prob :P Good luck!

Well done!

On top of the WebGL build, you also have windows/mac/builds to download, unusual and quite intresting :) Hope you can win :)

This game reminds me to a game called Soul Knight that I used to play with my friends at the parties. Overall design was really good, Audio and the whole concept was pretty successful. There wasn't any bugs, it was pretty solid. I wish the shop was usable tho, and maybe you can tweak the random generation a bit, because at the first room that I entered I encountered the boss lol. Anyway, loved it <3

+Kudos for the multi platform, didn't have to deal with WINE emulator to play it :)

I seems like you've gone from far too much  pain but you still enjoy the final result :D What a madman

Wow, the graphics and the mechanics were great. It was a very well thought game! Well done!

What the cinnamon frick is this! And the comment section has turned into a billboard!

Btw this is my game: https://keylem.itch.io/excellent-drawer

I think by adding more players and even buildings you can turn this game into a god simulator or a sandox game, like slime rancher for example. But for now, it's like skeleton and big skeleton are bullying my rock man nooo :P For only 2 days the mechanics and the modeling is really good.  Kudos for the general support and the linux build, it just works, thank you <3

ps. Spooky Scary Skeletons song would be really good with this game ;)

It's alive! Thank you!

Hey your game page says your game is playable on linux/mac/windows but when I click download it only downloads windows build. Can you fix the page and add a linux build?

thank you <3

I'll check it

Pretty nostalgic. The way you implemented controls was great, and also kudos for the linux build <3

Didn't have to deal with WINE to play it lol

I think it was not a great idea to build a game using python, everyone is having dependiency issues with libraries. as far as I understand you're using pygame but I still can't figure out how to download pgzrun trough pip :/

It was really peaceful. The graphics were great, the menu system and all were well done. Loved it!

Only problem that I had was there was only windows build to download on the game page, dispite the fact that it says this game is playable on win/linux/mac. I was able to run it using WINE emulator, but can you also build it for mac&linux and change the game page please <3

Hey your game page says this game is playable on linux/mac/windows but when I click download it only gives me the windows build(.exe file) and I can't download for linux. Can you fix it?

Thank you! I'm glad you liked it :)

I'll implement these mechanics into my future games, maybe as you said, I can expand it to a full game. But probably I'll scrape this one,  it had sooooo many bugs so our relationship with it is kinda really bad right now, we hate each other :P

lol thanks  <3

I'm glad you liked it! Thank you!

Okay then :P Can you change the game page please, it says this game can be also run on linux & mac ...

I really liked the mechanics, and the way the sound plays a role in the whole gameplay. Also there was checkpoints and a pause menu (a good one) I could only reacehd to the 3th stage, after that it was nothing but all chaos! Loved it. Thank you!

+ kudos for the linux build. I didn't have to deal with WINE lol

lol thanks for the speedrun advice :D

That was a really well designed game. It was a heck of a fun! Loved the voiceovers, the music and the overall idea! Good luck, I'll be looking forward to your success, win this gamejam! It was almost perfect..  please add an intro skip button please :D

+ kudos for the linux build! I didn't have to fight with the WINE emulator to play it :P

Fun game and also the graphics were great! I played it with my brother :P And there was a linux build, also kudos for that one! I didn't have to fight with WINE to make it work.

Only downside is I think there was a bug with the music player, sometimes it starts twice and the sound mixes, maybe you can fix that :)

Hey, on the page it says it has a linux support but when I click download it only gives me the windows build (the one that ends with .exe). Can you fix the page and add a linux build?
