Does changing the files locally help fix it? I can always upload an alt version too.
Like is it just the file names you see when you unzip the folder or do those names show up somewhere else too when you go to use / import them?
Hey there! I’ve released another low poly asset pack, this one filled with “safe” training weapons inspired by kendo, HEMA, MOF, and more. This pack matches the style of all my other asset packs (including my free collections) making it easy to mix and match.
Let me know what you think and please let me know if you have any requests! (I’m likely going to be making a shield pack sometime soon, and maybe even some firearms???).
Cheers and happy developing!!!

Absolutely! You can use the assets however you like for personal or commercial projects. Just don't re-sell the assets by themselves or as part of a larger "asset pack collection" (don't want people charging for these since I'm giving them away for free).
I'd love to see the game you make with them at some point if you want to share!
Hey everyone,
I just passed 1000 downloads in here, which is a crazy milestone for me. So to celebrate I decided to put everything on my page on sale for half price.
Thank you so much for all the support so far and I’m really thrilled to see so many people finding my 3D models and music useful.
If you ever have any requests or issues please feel free to reach out or follow me (here or on other platforms).
All the best and happy creating!

Hey there! I just put out a new low poly asset pack full of traditional Asian inspired (mostly Japanese and Chinese) weapons, including (of course) katanas!
I'm really happy with how this pack came out and if you'd like to download it for yourself you can check it out here: https://kickin-it-studios.itch.io/low-poly-traditional-asian-weapons
This new pack also matches the style of my previous FREE medieval and fantasy weapon pack so you can seamlessly mix and match the two packs together for whatever project you're working on. If you haven't downloaded my medieval and fantasy pack you definitely should, especially since it's, ya know, free!
Comments, feedback, reviews, requests, and suggestions always welcome.
Anyway, thanks for looking and best of luck on all your projects!
Hey all, I just put out 5 different low poly hands with left and right versions for each. I originally created these just for my own VR game that I'm working on, but had a few people ask if they could download them so figured I'd release them here as well.
This asset pack contains the following versions: fist, grab, open hand, pointing, and thumbs up.
Definitely reach out with any questions, comments, feedback, requests, etc!

I just released an add-on to my previous Low Poly Weapon Pack that adds three fully functional weapons in the same original style.
This includes a bow and crossbow with fully animated draw and fire animations, as well as a ball and chain with actual physics so you can swing it around and have it react properly. It’s a lot of fun, especially in VR.
Check out the new pack here: https://kickin-it-studios.itch.io/more-low-poly-weapons-rigged-animated-bow-crossbow-and-ball-chain
As always let me know what you think, leave a review or comment, and give a shout if you have any requests for assets I should make in the future.
Cheers and happy developing!
Hey all!
In addition to game dev and 3D modeling, I also really like making music, and I thought other people might find it helpful, so I'm giving away 6 songs for free.
These songs are in a wide variety of styles and can work great as either game music or as background in a video or social media post.
Give it a listen and a download if you like what you hear, and I hope they help with whatever project you're working on.
All songs are CC0, so feel free to do with them what you like.
Donations are always welcome (but absolutely not required) and I'd love to see what you make with the tracks so feel free to tag me if and when you post your work. And definitely check out some of my other stuff if you want more asset packs and freebies.

All the best and good luck!
Hey, this is my first asset pack - 37 stylistically consistent weapons perfect for a medieval or fantasy setting (or whatever game you want to use them it): https://kickin-it-studios.itch.io/low-poly-weapon-pack
I originally made this for myself, but thought other people might find it useful too. This pack also includes probably one of my favorite designs I've ever made, the mighty (and highly impractical) ANVIL HAMMER!!! Why use an anvil to make a weapon when the anvil can BE the weapon. I'm hoping to make a giant enemy worth of this hammer sometime soon, but please let me know if you find a good use for it.
Also, definitely tell me if there are any other file formats that you'd like to see included - and definitely let me know if there are any issues!
Would be great if you could take a look and leave a review (and of course if you really like the pack, donations are always welcome!).
Thanks and happy game making!
Gave this game a try based on your comment that it was similar to ours, and I LOVE IT!!! So cool how similar and different the two are. I love how yours was "calmer" in terms of being able to take the obstacles at your own pace, but got a similar frantic feeling once you started "going out of control". I especially loved how getting a hole in your raft made air escape that pushed you around. The style and music were wacky and funny. Love love love.
Only tiny comment is that I wish I could restart the levels at any time with R rather than only after I had lost. There were a few runs I knew were doomed but had to wait it out before the game ended.
I want to play more levels!
(quick edit: I could see a bunch of modes for this, including a battle "joust" mode where you try to pop the other player's raft, or edge them out in a dangerous course. Clearly you got my mind going haha.)
Love the beautiful outrun aesthetic and general game vibe you achieved. Think at this point you should really try to trim back some of the controls, size of the map, and even some of the graphical effects to focus the experience on what you are trying to communicate. There are some awesome elements, but it gets lost or confused in the sea of everything that is going on.
Cool game. Felt super polished and well put together, and the mechanics were a lot of fun. Agree with the other commenters that the different color tiles were confusing before they had any rules associated with them. Same with the timer on the player, as it kept spinning down at the start with no evident effect.
Great work!
Cool idea. Definitely liked the environment (playing with scale and feeling like an ant is very fun). Had a hard time completing the puzzle and getting back to the keyboard. The physics didn't seem to want to work with me and stuff sort of clipped into each other (and me). The music also felt a touch repetitive and in your face, but know that was pre-existing.
Nice work!
