thanks for the feedback! in the original scope there were multiple different swords and stuff, and a whole bunch of sounds that I just didn't have time to add before the time limit. Once the jam is over I will hopefully release an update with this stuff in!

it works for me on two different computers, which browser are you using? and can you check and see if there are any error logs being output into the console?

Unfortunately the battle part of the game didn't reach the complexity i had planned for it (ill probably add and expand on this after the jam is complete). As for how it works, its using an API hosted on Azure.

It's pretty cool! I do think making the dithering not screen space would have been better though.

I think a reply button would make it alot easier, this is one thing that will be added in the future but you can currently click emails to copy them to your clipboard (this is probably not at all obvious)
As for the ######## individual, they definitely have a wider story planned along with the hacker group. they basically act as the starter quest right now, giving you an easy task to get you started in the game.
I will definitely look into the scale of the desktop apps, these may have been overlooked when i did the scaling update. (oops!)

thanks for the feedback, the ice things do damage you, but i toned down the damage alot (maybe too much) before uploading since they were one-shotting the player!

thanks for your feedback! unfortunately it happens completely randomly on any level, thats why i added a respawn button "R" so you hopefully dont get stuck

ill be honest the search engine sucks and i dont blame you for not being able to find anything haha. there isnt really much content in the game right now i kinda ran out of time to add as much stuff as i wanted so most of it is just exploration.
