maybe one day (:

Hiya, the aim with the battle system was to keep the heart rate from going too fast or too slow, and some of the items and skills would help manage that. I probably should've found a way go explain it, but we kinda ran out of time... After that first battle you do have the option to run though!

Thank you for your feedback!

i did! thank you :)

i look forward to it!

thank you! :D

Thank you for your feedback! Yeah I realise it is a little muddy in the middle, as I was trying to go for the vibe of being in a dark tunnel, but I probably went a little too far haha. And, yeah I see what you mean about the train sound lol

Thank you for the feedback! :D

Thank you, though to be honest, that was more of a proof of concept than something that had actual plot relevance. I'd just wanted to see if I could get something like that to work.

For the password, have a look around the rooms before you enter the it. There are some clues that should help you figure it out. You can also use the length of the password to help. If not, check Ethan's book.

Thank you for your feedback!

Thanks! I'll see if can lol

Fair enough lol. I'll add the controls to the game's page as well.

Thanks!

There was a file included that lists what buttons do what, which I thought was clear, but I tend to play a lot of games made with RPG Maker so I thought it was obvious when it might not have been. The tables were split between 2 squares on a grid, so I thought it'd make more sense to be able to interact with the bit you hid under, rather than the other side of the desk. In hindsight, I probably should've just added the event to both sides of the desk lol. I'll see if I can add some darker outlines to some of the objects.

Thank you for your feedback!

Thank you!

:)

Thanks :)

Thank you!

Thank you! I suppose I should have lol. I thought that putting the menu was enough as from there it should be fairly obvious. But then again, it might not have been. Sorry about that!

Thank you! :D

Thank you for the feedback! I'll look into that bug and see if I can fix it.

I've fixed the bug.!

Thanks for the feedback! V2 is now up, with the bug fixed!

Thanks for playing, I'm glad you liked it! I'll work on fixing that bug!

Hi! :D

I suggest you take a look at the table, where Ethan was sitting.

Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Hiya,

I think the only thing from the RTP is the default font, so if you install the font included in the game's files, it should work!

Otherwise, you can download the RTP from this website:  https://www.rpgmakerweb.com/run-time-package

all fixed!

I'd love to, but since I made the game with VX Ace, I don't think it'd be possible..

I'm fixing it!

It's a mistake on my end, don't worry! I'm fixing it!

Hi,  thanks for the feedback!

I'll add one in for the next version. I hope you enjoyed the rest of the game!

sure, I'll send it via email

I'm glad you liked it! :D

Sure! What language?

Hi, thanks for the feedback!

You are able to save in the carrot room, but since it isn't very clear that you can, I'll add an option to save before you leave.

no problem, i'm glad i could help!

i've put some clues in, just look carefully and i'm sure you'll figure it out.

if not, did you check all three doors in the forest?

oh, i see... that's still really cool!

leave the room and go to the main area, the one you arrive in after using the key.

then go to the top and you'll find a door. that's where you need to go next.

i hope this helps!

at what bit?

Well, I'd rather have too many choices than not have enough. And yours is a few hours long?? That's really cool. Mine's barely 10 minutes long lol.

I somehow managed to come up with something playable! It's still got a few bugs I need to fix, and I ran out of time to give it a proper ending, but other than that it turned out alright. I'm proud of what I managed to make, even though it's pretty short. I'm going to add to it after the jam so hopefully it'll be complete someday.
