Thanks! How would you reword the instructions to make that more apparent?

lmao yeah, we couldn't stop laughing at the placeholder art so we just left it

That was hard! I liked it though! 5th on the leaderboard as I write this

I liked it! A good twist on space invaders! https://itch.io/jam/scorejam17/rate/1379657

Switch case based on a random number generator, chooses one of three (I wish I could've added more but ran out of time) attack patterns that randomize their parameters

I'm glad you liked it! I did make the music myself!

Nice! I prefer the turret mode over the walking one

I gotchu. Did you write/record your music yourself? I liked it! Here's mine: https://itch.io/jam/scorejam17/rate/1379657

I'm glad you liked it! There's an option to skip the tutorial in the main menu but now that you say it that should probably toggle when you hit play again. And I was wondering how much people would notice/ care about that attack pattern! Now I know somebody did!

I also already rated yours, lol. I liked it! The disclaimer was appreciated

Already rated yours! I really liked the concept!

Did you make the sounds yourself?

That was super fun! My brain couldn't handle 4 colors, but it was fun anyways! Here's mine https://itch.io/jam/scorejam17/rate/1379657

I'm really bad at your game but it was fun! I like how you have to plan ahead with the colors a lot. Here's mine: https://itch.io/jam/scorejam17/rate/1379657

I really like how clean yours is. From art to music to menu transitions it was very well made! Here's mine: https://itch.io/jam/scorejam17/rate/137965

I liked it! Was there supposed to be a sudden wave of like 20? Cause they whooped my butt, lol. I especially enjoyed shooting the other tanks bullets out of the air.

Here's mine!

Tbh I was a little bummed that not many people were playing it, but if you enjoyed it that much it was all worth it. I'm glad you liked it!

Ok that game was actually wildly fun. It was hard to figure it out but once I did it felt like rapidfire chess. Nice job!

Awesome game! I like how space-y the sounds are

The music is really good! Did you make it yourself? https://itch.io/jam/scorejam17/rate/1379657

Hi! My game isn't getting ratings but I promise it's fun. I took on the challenge of making all the music and sound effects myself. Post your game below and I'll rate yours too! https://itch.io/jam/scorejam17/rate/1379657

I'm glad you liked it! And yeah, I wrote the music for this game. My challenge for this jam was making all music and sound effects myself.

Fun game! I'm impressed how many animations you got done in 3 days!

Fun game! The controls are hard to get used to since I'm expecting them to be either relative to your orientation or absolute. But good job!

Hi! If you're having issues with stuttering I'm aware of the issue, it only happens on some computers, and I have no idea what causes it. Also if you're having scaling issues run the game in 16:9 aspect ratio.

For most people these shouldn't be an issue. Enjoy!

I liked it! It had an interesting difficulty curve where when I started I couldn't get more than like 30, but by the time I was done I was getting over 300 no problem. Only thing I'd change is somehow showing that the enemies have 3 health. At first I thought it was broken and they were dying randomly. Overall a fun game and great use of the limitation!

I was really impressed with how thought out this game is. The balance of advantages and drawbacks for each thing you could place was a lot more even than I expected. Nice job!

The construction of the environment was really good. I loved the ending too
