its a interesting interpretation of the theme, i'll be good if the music matches with the notes falling and some feedback when you miss a note

Sometimes when I cut a small piece it just flies off the table, I don't know if this is on purpose to make it difficult, but I liked it anyway

the idea is promising, the game's art is a little disappointing because of the cover but it's okay. during the gameplay there is an infinite ladder that if you find it you don't need to do anything else to win and after you die the game continues running without you, it needs a mechanism to restart when you die. Keep working on it, it's a good start.
