this is really great feedback, thanks! Yeahh, we also agree that the guidance as far as what you have to do in the game is pretty meager, and if we'd had 20 extra minutes at the end of the jam would have added a hint message to help people know what to do, but we ran out of time :P
sorry about the falling through the planet thing-- we released a fix version at https://nikki93.github.io/raylib-5k/, though we can't update the jam version. Very glad you made it to the end despite the falling glitch though, and thanks for filling us in on what felt bad/good about the game 😄

My first game, Welcome to the Galaxy, was released very late last month and hasn't really been noticed yet! I thought I would post it here so people might check it out. Thanks! I hope you like it :D
Welcome to the Galaxy is a small shoot-em-up arcade style game, where every wave is designed by hand. The aim is to allow players to memorize waves so that they can swiftly rain destruction on their opponents. Play a Terran escaping the dreaded rule of the I'Drean, and fight your way to their capital ship!
