Hey there, yeah that's fine - just put a credit in saying something like the original mesh made by Max Damage. Have fun!

Hey, I was super excited to give this a shot, but it's unplayable on my Linux system sadly. I'll have a go on my Windows system.
Not sure where you want bugs reported, but here's the ones I ran into.
Menu:
- options screen sometimes freezes for ages when trying to set up options
- the resolutions are whack - the vertical heights are longer than they should be
- fullscreen mode doesn't work, it just minimises the game window, then doesn't come back
- so on first-ever running of the game, it was fullscreen, but then I changed the settings and it broke
In game menu:
- no text on the buttons
Game:
- first time I tried, only the hud and player was rendering, the world was a black void, physics still worked
- second time I tried, it loaded the hud and player, and some light sources (shadows worked on the player), physics still worked
That's about all, couldn't get far. Love the look of the game in the screenshots and videos, keeping this one on my radar!
I don't have time to join, but I like this idea for a Jam! It looks to me that it depends on the game.
My ideas were something like:
- Platformer/hack'n'slasher: if multiple buttons are pressed, then excellent - it just means your character does more attacks! Basically what we called "button mashing" when playing Tekken back in the day.
- first person: voice controls, to control the character, it would probably need to be a bit slower and give time for the voice stuff to happen.
While my hands work fine, I know that my wife has small hands with limited range and can't use a game controller or keyboard properly, so any game with too many buttons won't be good for her. She can't even press W and Space at the same time. But, the theme is "hand tremors", and interesting to consider these once you start looking into it.
1) CRAP! Thanks! Definitely my bad. Also I realised I didn't change much after uploading the script: https://github.com/max-dmg/blender_scripts
2) OMG thanks! Means a lot :)
Basically it's saying that you can:
- use the asset (the sprite files) in your games
- you can't make the asset (the sprite files) available on their own
So don't upload/host/distribute the sprite files in any form that they can be downloaded and used. This is different than when they are used in-game.
Hi, I really like this tileset. I'm currently using this in my LowRezJam DUNGx64 https://youtu.be/H0b52HqAN6w.
