Cool game, definitely reminds me of spore with the whole evolution thing. I really liked the references to real life prehistoric creatures like the nautilus and the creature that scientist couldn't tell which was it's head and which was it's tail (i forgot it's name).

But i didn't really like how when you are at the edge of the map an enemy can just spawn on top of you and instantly kill you, maybe you could have an indicator there before the enemies spawn.

Also maybe could have added more objects in the background so you could tell if you were actually moving or not.

Good job!

Nice game, it was kinda a sudden when you switched dimensions and i could tell the game was kind of a roguelike since it had buffs and such.
Though i felt the art style change was a bit weird maybe you guys were trying to enforce the fact that this is a different dimension but i think the artsyle should have been consistent

Also the combat was a bit boring since all you were doing was just running around and shooting the monsters and the sudden boss battle with all the projectiles caught me off guard, maybe during the buff collecting phase you could have added enemies with different attack patterns(e.g. a shooting enemy and a rolling enemy just to prepare you for the boss) and i think you should have made it so the little buff coins float towards you when the player is nearby instead of having to be exactly where the coin is.

Anyways good job with the game!

Really cool little game, did not expect to turn into a ghost to posses people. I really liked the little puzzle solving parts where you kinda have to think of how you should do stuff instead of just blindly spamming Q. Though the combat could use some improvement, maybe could have some extra range and visual effects to see where you were attacking.

Good job!

i think it might be allowed since it can allow other people with less advanced hardware to play your game, maybe you could ask the discord just to make sure.

This was amazing. A very intuitive and fun to play puzzle game, the level design was very good challenging but not to hard. The art is really good as well

Great job!

Oh yeah that is what i meant , sorry

The game was a bit confusing to me cause i didn't know how to plant the crops so i think a tutorial would be very helpful. But i did enjoy how everything looked and smacking spiders and tentacles with a shovel, though i do think the attack animation is a bit to slow.

Good job!

A really nice little puzzle game, very nice visuals, sound effects and overall a really polished game, but there the amount of puzzles were to little and the game didn't last very long.

Good job!

This was one of the best platformers in this jam, the controls felt really good and the levels were design pretty well. Also props to you for managing to add a boss battle

Though i wish there were sound effects and a boss battle track.

Also something i should add, make it so ladders are more accessible because having to be perfectly aligned to the ladder to climb up is pretty annoying

Overall it's a great game good job!

i can run egotistical ghost but for some reason i can't run your game

i'm running into an issue when trying to launch your game, i t says i need to update my graphics driver but it's already up to date and when i try to launch the game it says fatal error.

If you could maybe upload a webGl version it could work?

It was pretty hard at first but once you get the hang of it you'll be slowly making your way to the afterlife, really nice concept (and name!).

Though i wish you had the option to run because i noticed that only some of the people have the ability to run and i think you should make the area you can go a bit clearer because when i tried to go posses someone a bit farther away from  the road i got stuck on a invisible wall and died.

In the future you could probably add more levels in different settings

Good job!

The game was such a fun experience, my favorite parts were the visual novel parts where you interacted with the other people but i wish there were more of that. I liked the fact that you have to manage your money and such to upgrade the ship.
But i felt the space shooter part was a bit to difficult starting out, also the collision damage is crazy i'd suggest making the background and the foreground contrast each other more so it was clear on what could and could not hurt you.

Also would have liked the levels to be randomly generated instead of being the same level over and over again

I also think that maybe the equipment is a bit overpriced.

Overall it was a well made game good job!

Here's a link to my game for the jam , rating and giving feedback is much appreciated and i'll try to rate all of your games!

This was a pretty amazing game, the combat was very nice because the movement was so smooth.

This could definitely become a roguelike sorta game where you can get buffs and weapons.

But i feel that the attacks don't really have the feeling that makes an attack feel good like VFX and SFX.

Overall it's a great game good job!

(just read your asset list and noticed you used blackthornprod's assets, that's why the art of the game looks like his style of drawings)

Great job on your game!
The music and the sounds were very ambient and nice though i think that maybe the hitboxes need some work and i think it would benefit the game to make the player run faster over time. Also think the floor should move with the background and not just stay still.

It's a game that i definitely can see people speedrun, though i really suck at it and it does it's job of being a rage game very well. Though sometimes the platforming seems really unfair and makes the game even harder.

Didn't expect for the level to turn like that, great job!
Could definitely see this as a story game in the future sorta like Untitled Goose Game

This game was a really nice short platformer , not to hard yet rewarding when you complete a level.

Also really liked inflating Fugu.

Thank you for the the feedback!

We didn't really consider people using headphones for the music so i'm not really sure what's wrong really glad you enjoyed the game!

A really neat little game , i really enjoyed the story/context on why you are topping up the hearts.

The mechanic to move the heart was interesting but i felt it was a bit to finnicky and the last level i felt was impossible to get the hearts to the other side (still won though with 1 heart).

Overall it was a good game, great job!

Thank you for the feedback!

The change the color you need to enter the hex code with the #

so for example : #ffffff , #dd22b8 , #4417e8 , etc.

Hey ad, nice job on managing to submit your game!

The game page looks really nice! Though i understand it's just a concept there isn't really a point or goal to the game , rolling the gacha doesn't really do anything. Also the music when you first launch a game is a bit to loud.

Even so don't be discouraged we all start somewhere , best of luck to you in the future!

Thank you for your feedback!

I really appreciate you pointing out how to make the game more difficult, i guess the changes to difficulty i added were to little to make the game difficult.

Thank you for your feedback!

About the difficulty do you think i should decrease the health or make things faster?

Really cool implementation of the theme, makes you really wanna know what's going on in the walls. Although at the start of the game it wasn't really clear on what i was supposed to do but eventually figured it out. The music was also very good and very atmospheric

you need to have the gun powerup active to shoot , sorry if it wasn't clear in the controls.

I really liked the art for the game and the screen shake feels good. Though i found it a bit confusing  on what i was supposed to do also could have used more sfx and music in the background. I can see this getting much better in the future with more time keep up the good work!

I really liked the art style for this game , though i think the walls should be drawn lines so it fits better in the game.

Very nice game, took me a while to understand it at the start but slowly got the hang of it.

Feels very rewarding when you solve a level sorta like completing a rubiks cube

Thanks i’m really glad you enjoyed playing, you are probably getting the +ly buff over and over again if am not mistaken.

That is because i only had time to implement 5 buffs excluding the +ly buff (basically adds 100 to your score )

i see thank you for the info, will try to fix it if i have time

Thanks, may i ask what caused you getting stuck or what conditions so maybe i can fix it?

Thank you for your feedback!
I will try to fix the bugs if i can
