Oh! and Q switches between your car remote   and  the   flashlight :P

Thanks for playing!

Thanks for playing ❤️

Thanks for playing! ❤️

Thanks! ❤️

This has a great art style and feel to it. Great work and an awesome accomplishment for the length of the jam! 👏👏👏

Thanks for the effort you put into the review! Totally onboard with all your feedback there.

(spoiler) a couple of levels in the enemies do spawn with the cherries and they get incrementaly harder a long with the chance of a boss spawning. There is a chance of a maximum of 26 robots that can spawn at once but I've put it on a curve to ease players in.

I'ld love to make a wave based farming shooter properly so might put some real effort into that later down the track... And make sure the sensitivity options work properly 🤣🤣🤣

Thanks for the play! And yea you should have to hold escape for 3 seconds to leave the game so interesting it just booted you.

Also I've built it with level scaling, currency, a shop, boss system and procedural generation so could potentially play it indefinitely 🤣🤣🤣

Great work! Great artstyle!

Do you have a banana I can reference for scale?

Well done!

Love the art style but cant seem to run it

Well after attempting to fix the mouse sensitivity issue I broke my game by accidently  restoring a couple of gigs of deleted files... so at this point their wont be anymore updates (sad face).

The only other solution I can think of is change the mouse sensitivity in you computer settings (which is really annoying).

Thanks for the play! Yea I've done some more testing and somehow while mouse sensitivity is fine across all my posts devices it seems to be very on other people - will have to look into the bug abit deeper

***Controls are listed  in the  settings option in the main menu along with mouse sensitivity***

***To return to the main menu hold the ESC key for 3 seconds***

Oh sorry! yea there are mouse sensitivity  settings in the settings menu    and I have also put a hold for 3 seconds timer on the escape button so people don't accidently  quit when they don't mean to (also specified in the settings).

Either way thanks for giving it a go :)

Haha that's for playing! Sorry the enemy got you before you saw it! Remember that just cause you can't see it doesn't mean it can't see you! 😜

Audio levels should hopefully be sorted now!

Sorry no windowed mode but have added a mouse sensitivity slider!

Made alterations so you should be getting better framerates now

Hope you enjoyed your playthrough! And thanks for the comments and feedback 😊

Thanks for playing Niven! Glad you enjoyed yourself!

Thanks so much for playing! And spot on... I need to get those audio levels sorted! 🤣

Thanks for playing looks like you got some angry framerates 😅... I need to make it clearer how you use the elevator and put sprint back in I think.

Great little game - nice dice mechanic!

Hi Diegodem,

There is a slight acceleration and deceleration curve on movement to make the player feel alittle heavy.

I also wanted to produce an erroded effect so a slight stutter and bleed may appear when moving.

Lastly - I have completed the entire game and can confirm it can be done but... It's hard... Real hard 😉

Have fun.

I'm glad you enjoyed playing it 😊

Amazing 😍 thanks for playing!

Hi D-Studios,

Thank you so much for the feedback on my game, it is very much appreciated.

I am so happy you enjoyed playing grey space and hope you try out a game or two of mine in the future. Considering this game was made in roughly 20 hours (I joined the jam well after it had started) I submitted it knowing there was a bug or two but I would just like to reply to some of your feedback:

[Re: The Tutorial]

I would have loved to incorporate an interactive tutorial into the game but unfortunately due to time restraints I was only able to produce written instructions. In the future I will definitely aim to make learning the game more of an experience. Also I am sorry you couldn’t remember all the information listed in the instructions.

[Re: Disappearing Arrows]

This is a gameplay element designed to irritate the player and force them to pay attention or become permanently disadvantaged. They do not return under any gameplay conditions as the game is not designed to be easy to play. In fact  the in-game UI is intentionally made to be disorientating and distracting.

[Re: Unfinished Start Menu]

The Start Menu was made right at the end of the Jam with roughly an hour to spare before the deadline. The “Help” button just straight up doesn’t work... this was supposed to be an interactive tutorial. Rather than using a back button  in the Start Menu I instead linked each sub-menu’s return function to the ESC key instead.

[Re: Configuration Window]

I did not know you could remove the Config Window... Will investigate.

[Re: Different App Name]

I didn’t even realise it was different. 😜

if you do please link it to me. Will be very keen to give it a go 🙂

In all honesty there is not much to the whole game. I’m mostly happy with the smoothness of the interface and how “complete” it feels (well to me at least) considering its only about 20hours worth of work. 😁

Hi RubenMG,

Thanks for the review bro and I hope you enjoyed the weirdness of it 🙂 Just to clarify, the "glitch" in question is actually a gameplay mechanic... What I have just realised though is that my spelling is terrible as I think I spelt Column in the instructions as Columb 😂😂😂

Chur,

All up now bro :)
