My bad, I thought I had it linked in my profile here on itch. I've done that now...
Anyway it's https://twitter.com/thyneedles
May I suggest a shop mechanic, where you can spend points to purchase boons, such as a reroll, or maybe a specific attack type, etc.
Then you also have to consider your current points that you have to spend (thus temporarily decreasing your score) in order to potentially earn more points in the future.
Hi there! You can throw me a DM on twitter. My handle is @thyneedless
Thanks :)
Hello there, my entry was removed from the gamejam page. I am just wondering why? The game was called PUZZLE SLIME and it was a game previously release in other jams, but work performed in this jam. I even made a devlog explaining my work for this jam...
Is this a mistake or was there something wrong with the entry? Thanks, if someone can explain, I am fine either way, just a bit disappointed that I have not gotten an explanation...
Very cool puzzle game. I guess Portal inspired :P
I had some issues with moving the camera when the mouse hovered over objects, and also I got stuck in one of the levels because the human walked away and never came back :C
I think it would be preferable if the portals were two-ways instead of one-way - for ease of use. Then it could also be a good mobile game as well :)
Yes it currently relies a lot on post processing effects, which probably was not the best decision. It played fine on my computer in browser, but I have seen others play where it is laggy as well. I will look into that in the future. Maybe release a downloadable version or tone down the post processing and find a compromise.
This is really a cool game. I could image this would work really well on a phone with portrait orientation. I felt like the went a little bit too fast as it was very difficult to get around some of the obstacles.
The graphics were really nice and well made! I love the slime and the pixel-title sprite is really awesome. The music was really nice, did you make it yourself?
