Gonna scroll past without saying howdy? 🤠

Cute game, got pretty creative with the designs, and the idea of using bombs and pausing to reload is novel. It's a bit annoying that enemies can spawn (almost) on top of you, but eh, 3 hour game, these things happen. Great work!

Impressively designed for such a short timeframe, the last two levels really took some thinking. The dragging is a bit finicky, and the audio is too loud, but the core puzzle gameplay is really good.

I don't think I really understand this game. I'm not familiar with the games you're inspired by, so I just looked around the office, but didn't know what I was looking for. I ended up getting to level 3 by chance once, but I still didn't know what I was actually looking for. I noticed the floor number change, and sometimes the lights were glitching out, but I don't think those were actually anomalies? Maybe some examples would be nice, if not in the game, then on the itch page.

Very silly (in a good way), some fun physics-based madness. I managed to past level 1 legit, but in level 2 I realized that chucking things in front of the van also worked. Sorry, cat...

The only thing that kind of annoyed me was the table, since it seems like you should be able to stash underneath is, but it looks like its collision mask is just a square, which is understandable but unfortunate.

Really nice job for the timeframe, my Hatsune Miku pillow thanks you

The graphics are great for this timeframe, I really like the light effect on the background tiles with the limited palette. I found the jumping physics a bit finicky, but I enjoyed how the levels kept surprising you.

Ah, I remember when I used to do my homework and got distracted by sudden bouts of playing DDR...

Cute idea!  Simple and frantic. I did at one point get a set of 4 even numbers, but I managed to complete the game anyway.

That was a fun little brain teaser. I managed to do it without using hints and with only a few guesses in the earlier levels of the chapter, so I'd say the difficulty is right, good escalation though. And a good call on adding a hint system anyway so people don't get stuck

I didn't expect this to be so wholesome going in. Very simple idea given a lot of flair by the concept and the addition of the cute little quotes (nice sneaking in of the word "nibling") which makes the game more memorable. I wonder if I could find the sock that clipped into the wall when I played Odd Ouzerie...

And congrats on finishing a game! 🎊 It'll get easier from here!

Hey, we had a pretty similar idea! I really like the chaotic energy due to the bouncing shots, makes it feel very frantic. Although like other commenters mentioned, I also had the issue that made me move above the enemies and miss my shots, and if it doesn't happen, it's a bit too easy to store up a huge amount of health. Still, really fun execution here

That's definitely an odd thing, love the creativity! I'm not good enough at mashing to do well at this, but I had a laugh at the name and concept, and the way the guy just falls over when you fail

Neat idea! I found it a bit hard to tell the deformed chickens from the normal ones at first because the sprite is so small. When I eventually figured it out, I got to about 60 points before calling it quits, since I didn't feel like the difficulty was really escalating much. Might've been good to ramp up the difficulty more (higher spawn rate etc) so the game has a natural endpoint, but I can imagine you didn't have time for that. Congrats on finishing in time, and as far as I could tell, bug-free too!

Very charming! Simple concept for a game that worked well, only issue was that I got a sock stuck in the counter at one point. 3D models look quite good for the timeframe, quite a challenge to get them done in a few hours. I couldn't manage to get more than 7 orders, but at least I managed to serve this man a tasty burger.

Haha, yeah, oops, I've had people send me bug reports that it claimed 2/1 was odd but it was actually just 2-1. It's a silly mistake that I just didn't think of in the time limit, and to be honest, I still don't really know how I'd fix it (since making the math horizontal would make the hitbox confusing)

I did make the sunset (and all the pixel art) myself, although the palette is one I got from lospec. Aseprite makes doing gradients like that pretty easy. Once I had spent about 2:40h on the game and everything was pretty much done, I decided to use what little time I had left to animate the sunset.

Thanks! Heard the timing comment from multiple people, I think the animation is a bit misleading since it suggests the swing lingers for a bit, while it's actually instant when you click, that kinda thing is hard to pin down in such a short timeframe, haha.

Thanks! I'd say I spent about an hour on the art? I chose a limited and pretty dark palette to leave more to the imagination (less work for me :) ) while still giving the game a sort of unique style. I've been doing pixel art on and off for a good 10 years now.
