  1. Did you enjoy playing the game? Why or why not?

I liked the graphics, they reminded me of some AAA games. Although, the gameplay, I will say, could've used some more mechanics and more content. There is definitely much potential for this game.

  1. Did you find any parts of the game confusing or unclear?

I really didn't know where I was going, and where I could go. There were areas where I thought I was alright, but then realized that I jumped off the map or reached an area I wasn't supposed to be in. Also, if you jump off the map, you don't die and respawn; you just, as it looked to me, fall but still get to move around.

  1. Were you able to find the two fragments? Was it hard or easy?

I couldn't find any fragments. The first thing I went to was that outhouse, but then nothing. I feel like most of my time was spent just walking around, looking at things, and not really doing much.

  1. How long did it take you to complete the game? (How long did it take you to get the two fragments possible?)

I think I kept going to places that ended up me being off the map. So I was only able to play for 10 minutes.

  1. Did you interact with the baby multiple times? How did that go?

A baby?? I didn't even know there was a baby. All I know is that there is nothing outside the main spawn. There is an abandoned garage city, and the other one is the bridge, which, by the way, was a pain to traverse because my character kept getting stuck on the rails.

  1. Did you explore the hub? Was it interesting to do so?

I'm not sure what you mean by hub, but the locations I mentioned before are the only places I discovered.

Does the hectic aspect seem more balanced than before? And if not, what aspects aren't? For example, enemies being too quick/slow, etc.

It seems more balanced, but I find it a bit slow to pick up items. I wish there was a somewhat balanced way of picking things and dropping them off a bit faster.

Are towers (now with variety) more balanced together, or are certain towers over/underpowered?

I love that there are a variety of towers, as well as upgrades.

Does the elemental aspect of towers to enemies feel smooth/intuitive to understand?

Everything definitely feels smooth no glitches, the mobs move smoothly as well

Did you find any interesting strategies during your gameplay? If so, please let us know what you found, and if not, tell us how we can give you more opportunity to strategize.

I think I found that it becomes easier if you throw all your stuff near the chest and then somewhat easily drop them in the chest

What do you think about the multi-tiered currency? Does a currency dedicated to the blackhole give more incentive to complete it than before? Is the wormhole tower (if used) sufficiently helpful with collecting currency?

The multi-tiered currency was a bit confusing at first but then as I progressed I figured out what each was associated with.

  1. How was the gameplay? Exciting? Fun? Boring?
Definitely exciting and scary. Especially how the monster shakes, well done.
  2. What did you think of the map size?
Great, pretty big and pretty sure I got lost.
  3. How did you feel about visibility while playing?
I do wish I could see just a little bit more.
  4. Tell us about your favorite part of the game.
The monster, the shakyness to it really gets you. I do wish it had more moving parts though.
  5. Tell us about your least favorite part of the game.
For me, I couldn't really find fragments, but did find plenty of batteries
  6. Thoughts on difficulty? How does it feel on the first run, vs after having more experience with additional runs?
I love that there is sound, that really helps determine where the monster is.
  7. Feedback on any specific mechanics?
I got lost very easily, and maybe if I played the game multiple times, i'd have a sense to what area I'm at and where to go. The monster has a good balance to it. It could use some more scarier movements, some scary noises it makes when you point the camera at it will really be great!!

  1. What do you think of the puzzles? Too difficult or too easy?
I liked them, although I'm really bad at puzzles. Many others seemed to have solved the puzzles faster so maybe I'm just different and slow. It'd be cool if there was an easy or hard mode where the O2 Level could be even slower so it gives me more time to solve the puzzle, and possibly the future puzzles too.
  2. What types of puzzles would you like to see added? (More interaction/exploration?)
I love the way you implemented the terminal, very well done. I would like to see some puzzles with interactions, maybe finding a hidden key to a hidden room that unlocks a hidden passage (possibilities are endless)
  3. How did you feel about the oxygen meter? (Balanced? Too slow? Dynamic with player movement and fire?)
Like I mentioned, for me, I needed more time.
  4. How did you feel about the fire/extinguisher?
I thought it was cool, you said you didn't have the fire/extinguisher to mess with, so having to go get it and then extinguishing the fire would be cool instead of always having it at your holster.
  5. What did you think of the pace/length of the game?
I'm slow with puzzles but everyone likes them and so do I.
  6. What did you like about the game?
I like the graphic designs, and the theme you have going.
  7. What did you dislike about the game?
Not much, I did notice the bugs though. I was able to see through walls if I floated to close to them. And sometimes walls would just spasm. I do wish the zero-gravity was a little smoother.
  8. What could be improved or added to enhance the overall gameplay?
    Fast Paced Music

I love the game mechanics, there definitely is a learning curve to it. So, at first, the tutorial was kind of challenging for me. It took me a while to get to the end of camp. One thing I did notice is that as soon as I fell or stopped moving and tried to continue moving, my movements were really slow and then I would slowly gain momentum. I think you mentioned in class that you implemented something to tweak that. I can't wait to see the kind of enemies you might bring, or maybe they're already in and I haven't reached them yet?
There is so much potential for this game, and I can't wait to see how the final game will turn out.

I love the easy jump-in and play. I like the game mechanics and the levels. I did notice from my first gameplay that the floor wasn't quite distinguishable, I'm not sure if it was the certain level I  was on but it was kind of tough to figure out which was a wall and which was a path. I think it's funny how the enemies are just bullies holding you back haha. You're core gameplay loop is solid. I really like what happens when I push the spacebar, definitely sick. Great Work!

I love the graphics for this game, truly beautiful. The small details are there, like the balloons in the background, love it. I love the mechanics, but I feel the road was a little crowded with cones and holes, but you made the hitboxes pretty well that I can squeeze past them.

My suggestion would be to add some effect letting the player know they hit an obstacle.

I'm excited to see what other features you guys might add. For example, the dog chasing the biker as mentioned in class. I'm also curious about how you're going to implement the currency system, what to buy with it, and such. I also think there should be other events that happen in the game, like maybe if you throw a paper near the sidewalk, an NPC comes out of the house to throw the paper at you. Great job!
