If I remember correctely only my feet was in the wall and them the entire character started sliding (part in the air haha). I think was something like that that triggered the wall climb anim.
This game was really funny to play, friend, hope you keep going with your carrer. Can't wait to play more of your creations in the future!
WOW, definitely not expecting and saving system with an animated loading screen. The game was really good looking, loved the lights that the character emmits. I just had some troubles with the game and found it to be a little buggy:
- Movement wasn't feeling exactly smooth, I don't know why but I was not feeling right while moving.
- My game frozze when I tried to open the houses door on day 2.
- Attacks could have some effects in the enemies such as an white blink or appling an slow to their movement for a brief time just to give the feedback to the player.
But the game looks really good and got my attention with greg, such a cool and enigmatic character. Keep up with the good work man!
Simply Genius the concept of dying to kill enemies, it fits soooo well with the samurai theme. Amazing job in this game!
One small problem I had was with the wall jump mechanic, sometimes I was defnelly not in a wall and started to do the "wall climb" animation. Ngl that I laughted a little in this situations, was really funny.
Would love to see some secondary objectives (Such as an kill 3 enemies with one attack and receive an small bonus) in the game as well as some new enemies (I don't know if there is more and I am just bad because I survived 3 waves).
This game was really fun do play and really well designed! Special shoutout to the VFX, that looked really professional. Congrats man!
Thanks for the feedback man! Definitely going to keep working on this game, unfortunately our team had a problem with the sound design (reason that the game has no sounds) and we got an artist waaaay to close to the deadline. That kinda overcharged me (programmer) and I had to kill some parts of the game (such as a detailed description of what each weapon would do).
We plan to make the necromancy mechanic more powerfull and immersive! Stay tunned to see new updates in the future.
Wow, that was really good man! Really liked the style and the concept of the cards, gameplay feals smooth.
Just found out kinda strange that the lookahead doesn't exists at all, the camera show less in front of the player when you try to go foward indeed.
Also, I had a small problem with the "second" part of the level, one of the flying enemies went outside of the level and I had to use a power to hit it there.
That was really fun to play! You did a great job in you programming and design, the time slow when hitting got really well with the game and the temathic fits so perfectly. Just wished that there was more levels to play.
Keep up with the good work man :^)
