Thanks for the reply. That’s great to hear, staying tuned and looking forward to updates :)

Hello, hope everyone’s doing well.

I’ve been playing with the demo and this tool seems incredible, well worth the asking price. Much of the assets seem geared toward fantasy settings, which aren’t quite what I’m looking for.

I’m working on a game in a modern, contemporary setting, so I was wondering if there were any plans to introduce modern clothing and hairstyles, in particular afro-textured hairstyles/hair assets?

Liked this a lot, feels a bit like a rogue-like. Making different choices feels rewarding and the world feels open-ended, even knowing that it was made in a month for a game jam.

The basic concept is similar to an idea I’ve been working on, but the execution is much different and has its own unique atmosphere. Would love to see this expanded upon.

If I have one bit of constructive criticism, hunting seems a bit too punishing/restrictive, with the PC gaining a hunger every single night and it being very difficult to slake more than one hunger at a time without killing.

Hey, thanks for checking my game out. Glad the atmosphere clicked for you. Appreciate your feedback!

Thanks for the reply. I figured it’d be something along those lines, unfortunately, but it’s good to hear you folks are giving it some thought.

I was pretty sad to hear that some people missed the deadline. I joined the jam about a week late and struggled to get mine in on time. I don’t know if it’s feasible with the licensing and whatnot, but it’d definitely be nice to have a place for folks who missed the window to be able to make their games available, even if they’re disqualified from the contest itself.

My Windows machine is kaput, but I’m def looking forward to playing as many submitted games as will run on Linux lmao

Update - mostly bug fixes, but also some sounds since I read we’re allowed to add content until tomorrow.

lmao I was so busy stressing about the deadline that I completely forgot that we get to play each other’s games at the end.

First time developing a game by myself, first time writing. I had a great time doing this, thanks to everyone who helped enact this jam.

Congratulations! I’m trying my hand at a solo project too. Not sure how far I’ll get, but I’m having a blast.
