For the first bug, I think you have to hold the ctrl button to reset the level, but this could definitely be communicated better to the player by slowly colouring the reset icon.

First of all, I love this. Such a classic concept and you just made it so much more interesting.
I feel like the origin of the light cone could be a bit higher tho, so part of the player is visible as well. Right now I mostly die because I hit the side of a spike, because I feel like I'm already past it.
You could also add some items, that give you advantages like a bigger cone, or disadvantages like a blinking cone.
Overall a great game, it fits the concept very well.
Great concept. Couldn't play it too well because I don't have earbuds or a headset with me. Some visual feedback on dying would be nice, other than your eyes closing again. Also a bit more visual feedback to show you indeed used the attack would be nice to have. At first I didn't really understand what was going on.
