Hello Anjali here! My team and I are making a card based interactive fiction/visual novel called 'The Night's Chosen'. I'm really leaning toward a 1920s feel and want a mixture of gothic sounding music and some roaring 20s big band/jazzy sound. I was planning on just using assets (purchased/free) but would be nice to have a unique soundtrack to a game that has original plot, story, art and mechanics!
Also since the Jam started unsure who's still open and available to even join a team! Feel free to comment below!

Hello my name is Anjali. I have myself (writer and developer), another writer, and a graphic designer! We are looking for an artist to join us. The game we plan to build is a IF/Visual Novel with a card-based mechanic.
Premise: You find yourself thrust into a thrilling and perilous world where vampires rule the night. As the only non-vamp in a gothic nightclub, hidden within a revamped morgue, your survival hinges on a crucial decision: to be embraced by one of the powerful queer vampire factions or face a grim fate. Your ultimate goal is to gain the trust and favor of one of the three major vampire factions before the night ends, ensuring your transformation into a vampire and securing your place in their world.
Hello! My name is Anjali and I'm creating a TTRPG . I'm looking for a 2D artist who will make the book cover, splash art, some NPCs, page design...etc.
I'm also looking for a trans consultant (though queer I'm not trans). Consulting with trans individuals during the development of the game to ensure accurate and respectful representation. This could be in the form of a sensitivity reader, consultant, or even part of the design team.
Title: Nocturnal Confections
Sneak at some of the summary:
In Nocturnal Confections, a unique solo TTRPG (that can be played with a group or GM), you assume the role of an aspiring Dream Confectioner in the heart of a magical sanctuary, a town known for its accepting nature and vibrant LGBTQIA+ community. This town, a beacon of diversity and acceptance, is home to your confectionery shop, a legacy passed down by your mentor. This cherished individual, a respected figure and a member of the trans community, has sculpted a living from shaping the nocturnal narratives of townsfolk through enchanted sweets and treats, and now entrusts you with their legacy as they embark on new adventures.
You make an excellent point. It’s interesting you brought this up as I have discussed with some other TTRPG folks and was told how much as a veteran they can’t stand when basic information is written over and over again on both the webpages and the corebook.
But you are absolutely right. Not everyone is a vet and as the community grows you never know if your game is the first TTRPG a person is picking up. I will add the details to the webpage but also here in this comment.
Player Count: 3-6 with 1 DA (Director of Arcons aka GM)

This may be my dice goblin ways to trick you all into buying more dice.... *rubs hands* ... but on a serious note I weighed the odds for a D6 vs D8 vs D10 system. A lot of games use a D6 and Vampire the Masquerade uses a D10. D8 felt like a nice mid-way of not being as easy as a D6 and slightly easier than a D10.
Oh. My. Gosh. This was so adorable. The time and effort that was put into this is admirable and inspiring! Thank you for creating such a beautiful piece. I am floored. As a person who is dabbling in Ren'py to see the programming aspects that I would like for my own projects, I'm very happy to see something like this.
Looking forward to seeing more. This was amazing!
Omg, this was such a cute game! I love Greek mythology. The multiple types of options were great and I wish it were longer! I was yelling because I wanted to give Hades a flower. I need a full game of this. As a person working on a visual novel with the greek gods as characters, I think this was perfectly on theme! Bravo.
My favorite part was the flower options, I loved the art and the concept!
Thank you! As a fellow game master, I am only willing to put out what I'd be willing to run myself! And your wish is my command! TTRPGs and the occasional video game is what I strive for as I have too many ideas to keep them to myself! Is there anything specific you'd like to see in a game? Again, my ideas are endless!
SN: There may be an ARG coming from this... but you didn't hear that from me.
