This game was not designed to use any accessibility features and is not advertised as doing. I am however planning on making something similar and fully accessible for next months "Game Jam for blind gamers 3"

God job, I'm sure I have one of these upstairs, except this one has better pre-built songs, drums and recordings are a nice feature as well.

This is good, highly irregular and unique take on the brief and one of the more "game like" entries I've played. I feel like this would do well as some kind of puzzle game.

Simple but works well, it would be nice to have some options to change the sounds but everything appears to be in tune and it handles key presses as fast as I can click them.

thanks for revisiting and as always the helpful feedback. If you had fun playing then everything is working as intended.

You had a goal of making something for everyone and knocked it out the park. I'd like the sequencer to have different speeds but other than that, really like this. It's simple to understand but complex as you need it to be.

Don't even know where to start with this, everything is so strange (in a very good sense). it's somehow abstract but consistent, relaxing and creepy, I really enjoyed it, but don't understand why. The little thing at the bottom of the system information got me thinking as well. good job.

Thank so much for this, probably the best feedback I've ever had.  honestly my code for this is horrendous I started with no plan and it got worse from there. For now I've added an option to right click while dragging a sound and ditched the preview box but there likely wont be anymore updates to this version.

Thanks so much. I've just made an update so you can save a screenshot to see what notes you used for future reference as well.

I've given it another go and definitely enjoyed it more, thanks for getting back to me.

very relaxing had a great time with it, It's not really game related but I also like how the game's theme is incorparated into the whole page, something your game really benefits from.

Really like this, it's so simple but sometimes that's all you need, all I thought it needed is a hold function to drag along the notes.

I was expecting to really enjoy this based on the comments but I don't get what to do, no animals visited the stage and pressing on things did nothing other than show the buttons as lit or not. maybe it's a me issue. amazing concept, visuals AND soundtrack though..

Nice, as someone who knows nothing about drums or even rhythm the simple colors and small amount of sounds-with-many-options made it very easy to use. It's also beautiful to look at.

It's been a while since I've played a game that has left me sat staring blankly at the screen after.

Liked the game but it was a little up and down, controls were great, attack animations were lacking, some artwork was amazing, some was not, gameplay itself was brilliant, but lacked sound. There is the basis of a very fun game here, I think if this was a two week jam then we would have a solid entry. very good work for a second game though.

Like the idea, both the movement and control feel perfect, personal preference, I thought the game was way too hard, the highest skulls I got was 2 it would benefit from some kind of indicator when one gets into a specific range.

Love this, I had some issues with it not running with Chrome but switched to Edge and it worked fine. I found the music to be repetitive but everything else was so good, love the humor, art, animations I was legit wowed when I realized there were powerups to play with. I'm honestly upset there isn't more levels, good work.

While I appreciate the game it's definitely not for me, I couldn't even beat one enemy, the instructions were plenty clear enough I just suck at bullet hell games. I like the strange shape changing bullets though an I wanted to keep coming back to try again so that must be a good thing.

Original concept for sure, the writing was so good, some of the articles had me genuinely laughing out loud.

The atmosphere you have managed to create with basically nothing is amazing, however I found it pretty frustrating because I spent the whole time lost with no idea what to do or where to go in the slightest. enjoyed it though.

Brilliant, wish it was 9/10 hours long, I was still humming the music when I went to bed.

Like this a lot, the story didn't really hit home for me like some people's comments but the music and dark humor was top notch.

hi, was there a certain song you played that was like this? I had trouble with a few being right due to them all being from different sources.

Thanks really appreciate this. The spaceship song was the only one until about a week before the deadline, it's done by https://davidkbd.itch.io/ and he has lots of other great work on here.

Thanks for the great suggestion regarding the how to play. I did try with faster notes set to the rhythm and found it too difficult to play in testing, that said if I did a version with my own music I think it could work.

I've used Lost Spaceship's Signal in a small game jam game, https://itch.io/jam/games-for-blind-gamers-2/rate/2034263 but I plan on using some more tracks in a faster paced project I have in the works.  thanks for these though.

Thanks that means a lot, I honestly have no idea how the text to speech plugin works, I had a really bad time with it because I never got it working outside of debug mode on my own pc.  It's definitely something I will look into going forward.

That's a very good score! I had this problem myself with some songs, believe the issue is the songs themselves, none are original for this project so any effects and panning was something I had to deal with as my normal audio person was not available for the jam. I would like to have a fully commissioned soundtrack if it ever came to a full release.

Sorry this is a complete lack of research on my part. I though the mouse would be easier to control with sensitivity,  I will likely update for keyboard controls in the future.

Love these, May use some for my next game and will let you know if I do.
