First of all thanks for trying our game! Yeah it’s definitely hard to get into. I think it would probably have benefited from having a dedicated tutorial mission where it walked you exactly through properly gameplay. We sort of ran out of time to do anything like that…

Could you just not understand how to play or were you unable to run the game altogether?

Thanks! Yeah bouncing around by the target is a bit a of a bug, but you’re supposed to bring an electron back to the optical sensor whenever you want to set a new target, so the bouncing shouldn’t really matter. If that wasn’t working, then it’s a bug. Looks like we both at the subatomic particle interpretation though so that’s cool!

Thanks for playing our game! Maybe if we can untangle the spaghetti from the last few hours of development we can deliver for you!

Very impressive. I have no idea how you put something like this together in 96 hours. Amazing

Very interesting idea. I love the plot twist when the border can be absorbed at the end of world one! Obviously a bit more polish would be nice but that's almost besides the point in a game jam. I guess my biggest complaint would be that I had no idea there was some rule for what blocks you could pick up until I read other comments. That's a cool mechanic and I wish it was better communicated. Overall, actually fun!

Its a wonderful idea, but I wish I got to use more letters! Maybe I didn't get far enough, but if that's the case, give me more letters to start with! Still a fun game though and an even better concept. You should develop this idea further.

I really enjoyed the game! I love the way you incorporated the theme,  it actually impacted the core mechanic unlike many submissions I've played. Very fun, and in 48 hours! Great job!

And if you get a chance, maybe check out my game: https://rochesterx.itch.io/circuitbreaker :)

WOW the art is amazing and the gameplay is dopamine simulator 2024. It's a little simple for my taste but its quintessential game jam goodness. My only complaint is that I feel the theme really didn't figure greatly into the game. Still there's no way I can rate this anything but max. Amazing job!

This is my first game jam so its appreciated.

This game is visually stunning for a game jam, an absolute masterpiece! The gameplay has a lot of potential but I often felt lost and as soon as I figured out what to do I quickly died. I'm sure I'd get more out of it if I played longer, but there are many games to try! Overall an excellent experience. Will be rating highly.
