Thanks for playing! :)

Hi, we just set up donations. Thank you so much for considering it, and we're glad you enjoyed the game! :)

Wow I loved this game. Gameplay was really creative and fun. Audio was cute and worked well with the theme.

I just want this on a t-shirt

Art style, and story are super cute and effective. The audio was simple but worked alright.

Gameplay felt really cool and unique. I would love a fully fleshed out game with mechanics like that.

Well done!

Big thanks to you for playing our game :)

Hi,

this is a pretty nice game you guys made! Seeing the plant grow is pretty satisfying and the sound is also pretty clean. The controls are easy and the game itself seems quite original :) I do have some feedback though:

  • Some more animation in the plant, because now the game feels pretty static. The watering can and the plant food could also benefit from some small animations (even if it's just some rotation with some particles coming from them.
  • "Each plant has its own requirements": I don't know what these requirements are, you could have some info about them pop up when you hover over them in the shop.
  • If you polish this project, it will surely become something beautiful :)

I hope my feedback is of some use to you :)

-Remi

Thank you very much :))

Hi,

wow, the gameplay changed my prejudice about the cover art a lot! Those monsters are awesome and their animations feel very good, even though I don't think they're drawn by hand (which is impossible in the span of 10 days ':)) The level changing when you go around it felt very smooth, I didn't notice when the new level appeared, so good job! The ambient music is simple, but combined with the sound effects it adds up to a pretty pleasure experience!

Keep up the good work!

Hi,

great game! It has very smooth movement and a pretty nice soundtrack, did you make that one yourself? The death animation could be a bit cooler (like a big explosion :)) and the texture wraps around in a weird way, which disturbs the vibe a bit. One thing I do like about the game is the fact that the levels are presented in a way so that you can learn new types of obstacles pretty quickly.

Keep up the good work!

-Remi

Thank you for playing :) As you mentioned, we focused a lot on the polishing of this game and we think the game benefited from this a lot. We're also glad a lot of people like escape rooms (just like I do) and that we can recreate that feeling with our project!

-Remi

We tried to make and polish this one room in the time of 10 days and I think this benefited the game well :) Thank you for the feedback and for playing!

-Remi

We really appreciate your kind words! Thank you for playing :)

Thank you very much!

Hi,

I liked this game! The idea is original and the art is pretty cute :) The gameplay itself is quite short, but it sparks the interest for more! The game would benefit from some in-game tutorial for the main music mechanic and from having the violins play a nice tune when you complete the puzzle.

Keep up the good work :)

-Remi

I love the aesthetic an the general vibe of the game. There was an old episode of Star Trek TNG where the crew got addicted to a chill video game and I feel like this would be that game.

Not much I can give in the way of feedback. Maybe another mechanic like some obstacles or something? Maybe there are later, I only got up to 21.

Overall solid, polished and interesting game. Well done!

The artwork and overall design are super cute! I really like the little details like the diploma and the various animal dialog

I did have some trouble navigating. It felt super easy to get lost while walking in mostly plain white areas. Also, do the acorns do anything?

Overall gameplay felt good, just could use some polish and maybe a mini map or something

Well done!

Hi,

nice horror game you guys made. One thing that made me even more nervous, was the infinite hallway, so I couldn't just look one way and see him coming, because he could also come from behind. The puzzles itself do not work, or so do I experience it. The VO is always a great addition to games, so good job on that one!

I think that with some polish, some animations and some more puzzles, this game can turn out to be an awesome experience :)

-Remi

Hi,

I played the game and I had a lot of fun :) The satisfaction you get from completing a puzzle is just amazing! The puzzles are well-built and pretty balanced too. I do have one problem though: the game asks me to 'answer', but nothing appears in the circle, so is this a bug or is this intentional? Except for that I can only say you did a good job on this game, the music feels good and the art is simple but good for this type of game.

Keep up the good work!

-Remi

Hi,

this game is awesome! The gameplay is simple, yet so addicting to keep playing. The satisfaction you get from completing all loops is just great! I can see you've put your focus on polishing the game, which makes it really stand out. The music and art are simple too, but fit the gameplay like a glove! Great job with this game, keep up the good work :)

-Remi

Hi,

I defeated the crime! This game was nice, way less boring than I would've expect it to be. The combat felt pretty good (different enemies and a power-up for the boss-fight) + I loved the idea of clues instead of hearts for this game. Only thing I can give you feedback on is polish; the gun doesn't rotate when you aim (or at least not for me) and some enemies spawned outside of the room (this wasn't a problem as the bullets would pass through the walls). Also: you did a good job on the music and the sound effects, they really make the game that much better!

Keep up the good work :)

-Remi

Yeah, at the start of the jam we were really interested in some kind of scary game, but we eventually just shifted to this :) Thanks for playing!

-Remi

Thank you very much :)

-Remi

Hi,

this is a pretty unique idea, especially keeping the words you've already encountered. The controls were also perfect for smooth and fast word-searching. The sound effect were also pulled of very well! The music that randomly fades in and out is a bit weird, but the soundtrack itself is pretty nice. Keep up the good work!

-Remi

A big thank you to you for playing and giving feedback! :)

-Remi

The audio was really solid and creepy!

I spent a bit exploring, found the toolbox and installed it in the...thing, but that's as far as I got. I don't mind minimalist art but I had a hard time telling what I was looking at most of the time.  Made the game difficult to enjoy

Overall a solid basis, just needs a little polish and some clearer art.

Well done!

-Ken Rampage

Platformer mechanics feel really good! And I liked the looping mechanics, very philosophical. I couldn't get past level 4, there must have been some trick I didn't see.

Would have liked to have SOME sort of audio, but overall a solid basis for something that could turn out super cool with more polish. Well done!

-Ken Rampage

Wow, this game is wonderful! It's also very polished, seems like a complete game. The small details like the names and the pretty skybox really top it all off. Keep up the great work!

-Remi

Hi,

this game is great! I love the simplicity of the controls, which still makes for a challenge. The letters also feel pretty accurate, you seem to have experience with them :) The visuals are simple, but they just work! Also, the sound effects and the music are an excellent choice (the sound of a popping balloon, instead of some descending notes, encourages me more to retry getting the letter to my pen-pal).

Keep up the good work!

-Remi

I've never been called a giga-brain before but now I want that on a t-shirt <3.

I'm really glad you liked it!
