I love escape rooms so this was a blast. Never done one that involved playing a video back and forth, so cool. I'm glad you made it short to focus on the polish, because it was extremely polished wow!

Developer(+1)

Thank you for playing :) As you mentioned, we focused a lot on the polishing of this game and we think the game benefited from this a lot. We're also glad a lot of people like escape rooms (just like I do) and that we can recreate that feeling with our project!

The puzzles in the game were very good, I wish I had a few more rooms to solve it a little more :D. The art design was also good.it's a good idea to watch a movie to solve problems.

Developer(+1)

We tried to make and polish this one room in the time of 10 days and I think this benefited the game well :) Thank you for the feedback and for playing!

This felt like a "whole" game. Very impressive!

Developer(+1)

We really appreciate your kind words! Thank you for playing :)

Submitted(+2)

Very well done, the sound design was crazy good. The art style and ambience matched the theme you guys were going for. You guys all did an amazing job.

Developer

Thanks so much!

Submitted(+1)

I had a question about Itch as well. How did you guys set it up so the game appears on everyone's profile page who worked on the game? Was it because you submitted the game using Point Vertex?

Developer

If you publish a game and then go to Edit Game, you can click More which will then give you the admin options. Whenever you give someone admin privileges for a game, you're essentially making it so that it's as if they made the game (after they choose to accept the admin)

They will see all analytics on their dashboard, get all notifications related to it as well as choose to show it on their profile. But yeah, the game's main uploader is Point Vertex and all of our separate accounts were given admin.

Thanks for the reply. I'll have to look around for the Show on Profile section you mentioned because we are all Admins.

Found it thanks lol. In case anyone else reads this it's on Your Profile Page

View Profile>Edit Theme

At the bottom on the left uncheck "Hidden"  and Save it

A big thank you to you for playing and giving feedback! :)

Impressive work! The music and arts are really nice!

The concept is really good!

How did you film the movie?

Developer(+1)

Hi AwsApps,

all footage we've used in the game is footage we've found in archives for old internet footage. The one's we've used are all public domain, which generally speaking means anyone can use it (because their copyright has expired or because it has always been public domain in the first place). The site we've used the most is archive.org, which contains thousands of public domain items. I recommend you take a look there if you're interested in public domain and all of that :)

Thanks for your feedback, we appreciate that!

This game was truly awsome! I don't know how you giga-brains managed to do it as a jam game, it looks more like a finished one!

Developer(+2)

THANK YOU! We're also very glad with how it turned out and with the positive feedback we get from it. These type of comments really warm my heart :)

-Remi

Developer(+3)

I've never been called a giga-brain before but now I want that on a t-shirt <3.

I'm really glad you liked it!

Ah, this one was cool. It would be nice if everything was interactable.

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the feedback! The jam took 10 days, so making everything interactable was kind of impossible, but it would've looked cool, I agree with you on that :P

In real life, I love escape rooms, so I liked a lot your game! The idea of the film is really great, and well produced!

Honestly, it is pretty clean, the only issue I had is that sometimes the mouse sensibility was a bit crazy, apart from that you did a wonderful job with this game!

Developer(+2)

Thanks for you r feedback! The mouse sensitivity is customizable in the the settings menu in game (press P for that).

-Remi

Submitted(+2)

Thank you for the information! I didn't check the settings menu in game, because I saw on Main menu that there was only the audio volume.

Submitted(+2)

That was the coolest experience I have had in a while on itch as well as in the jam, nothing to say its so well done

Developer(+2)

Thanks you for your positive feedback! (this message makes my day tbh :))
