across the different rooms there are words written on the walls in each. choosing the correct card with the words that have been in previous rooms allows you to progress normally, otherwise it slows you down by 25% each, up to 75% slow. originally they were supposed to give you some sort of game over but we decided that was too harsh.

funny. hard to get the hang of it but after cluelessly dying about 6 times i figured out what i was supposed to do and how to control stuff. i finished the game and found a nice no-clip (why is that one wall so tall???). i also had a lot of fun trying to outrun the thrown objects and being hit by them.
The filter makes the text sometimes hard to read, the turrets sometimes shoot through walls or don't focus your summons and instead just kill you straight up, the choice of buttons is weird (space + shift/ctrl twice to summon). I couldn't get to the end of the game because it didn't feel that good playing it overall, i can tell a lot of work went into this but to me it feels clunky and unpredictable, and i don't particularly like that. Dying from a turret shooting through a wall was quite frustrating in particular. With just a bit more time and polish, this game could've been a lot better in my opinion. Still an interesting idea and artstyle nonetheless.
the game's fun, i really hate how big the map is in contrast with how slowly you move, but other than that it's one of my favorites on here. i like the multitasking in it, but the combination of no tutorial as well as confusing controls brings it down a little. still, could be very good with just a bit of issue solving
