You actually reached the end of the game - thanks for playing! Lol. Yeah there should definitely be something to signal the end, thanks for the feedback :)

Thanks! Happy to hear that you enjoyed playing it :)

thanks! glad you enjoyed it :)

I like the theme of fractals (recursion reference?). Really neat idea on the theme of scaling and a nice spin ion the traditional tower defence game. SFX and visual effects were on point and the game overall felt really polished. Holding the space to speed up the level was also a nice touch - nice job!

(Got to round 30 but itch is not letting me upload my screenshot >:()

Wow, thanks for the in-depth review - I appreciate it! I agree that the objectives could be more engaging and could somehow be reworked to fit the game jam's theme. I think in the game's current state there's not too much going on and it lacks feedback or something for the player to work towards since there isn't any puzzling or challenge required to complete the objectives.

Agreed, repetition is not good! Thanks for the feedback :)

Cool game, love the sfx on button hover and bg music! However, for the first level I was wondering - is the bat not an animal or am I missing something?...

Thanks for the feedback! :)

Ooooh very cool (hopefully you didn't have to restart too many times)!

Thanks! That's the kind of feel we were going for :)

Yeah that's a valid point, thanks for the feedback!

Very valid point - level progression was done very last minute and I agree it can be refined more.

Thanks for the feedback!

This is something we would have liked to work on more! Objectives feel somewhat repetitive and get stale real quick

Well polished! Simple controls and fun puzzles to solve.

Very nice sfx and animations! It would be interesting to see some variety in the gameplay - maybe some powerups or different types of enemies?

You had a nice mellow track I used in my game Terrained - thanks!

Love the different attack patterns of the enemies!

Stunning visuals and audio! As @Jonytonyx mentioned, I would consider making the length of the game shorter or maybe adding another game mechanic?

I really like the game's pixel art - was this something you created yourself?

As others have mentioned, maybe having some sort of outline or indicator on things that can be duplicated would be helpful for the player.

Good job!

Hey st4ng, great job on getting to the max level Thanks for the feedback - I do agree that the visuals of the enemies are a bit similar...

Hey Najoy, thanks for your feedback! I do agree that the normal bats and shadow bats are nearly impossible to tell apart - players need to know which is which and making game mechanics more intuitive will be something to improve upon in future game jams.

Hey, thanks for checking out the game! Yeah, I think if we had time it would have been nice to revisit the level and difficulty progression to make the gameplay more enjoyable.
