Great incorporation of the role reversal.  I second the need for progression!

I think that's part of the cleverness though - i think it's like a smash bros like form of damage - the more hits you take, the farther the hits throw you. obviously the only way to die is getting thrown off, so i found this scheme to work really well.

No tutorial? And I think it's broken...

Yeah I don't understand if the dice value matters? if not, seems like it could've been any object thrown at enemies.

definitely cool art. kind of wish the upgrades were clear to actually influence rolling/strategy or something.

This is a pretty darn unique take on the Jam's theme and really well executed.

A very creative take on the prompt.  From the subtle ambient sounds to the simulated text entry, there's a lot to appreciate in this one.
