I was definitely not expecting a video review. Thank you so much for playing the game and reviewing it. I wrote down all your criticism / suggestions for future endeavours. I learned a lot with your comments.

Thank you so much Fabio!

Just saved democracy! 10/10 would save it again!

Thank you for the kind words! Let's say that the lack of visibility adds up to the game's difficulty ahaha

Thank you so much, you're such an inspiring person!

I don't usually like to dwell on the negative things, it's a game jam after all, there are limitations, time constraints, rules to follow and so on. Of course there is still room for improvement, for example adding more "weapons" or boons like a magical shield that prevents one damage. But I wouldn't call it a proper con. You did something great and should be proud of yourselves!

"He's spreadiiiiiiiiiing"

What a fun game you got here! Congratulations to the team behind it.

Thank you so much for your criticism and feedback! I agree with you it might becoming tedious after a while, hence why I kept it short. And yeah the sword should have got a bit more love. If you kill every enemy in game once, you should level up at least 2 times, since every ghost awards you with 100 xp, the xp needed for level up is 300, and increases 100 per level. The skill tree was something I really wanted the game to have, but I can see it's more of a flex than it actually helps.

My beta testers were always saying the game was too easy, so I might have tuned the difficulty up a bit, my bad bro ahahah That's one thing I've come to realise this jam, game balance is hard. Thanks for giving it a go and for leaving your feedback, it helps a ton!

Thank you for giving it a try! I never even thought about trackpads, shame on me. Dunno if I am able to continue it, I am a very limited programmer, I just can't see myself coming up with new ideas for different enemies and the game would become quite boring. But we'll see, I've put the source code public maybe some kind soul wants to cooperate in the near future.

This has got to be one of my favorite games so far from this jam. Straight to the point, just pure fun and chaos!

Now this is what I call a game!!! Loved the art and the story!

Impressive artstyle, rich dialogue. What more can you ask? Astonishing project!

Why can't I poop on someone's head ? That's the major downside of this game, not allowing it as a quest ahahahah Other than that you got yourselves a nice looking game!

What a game! Clever mechanics, great concept, all in all an amazing experience!

Quite interesting take on the theme and even better implementation !

Making a 3D game on a game jam, it's always a huge feat. Congratulations, you got something going here!

Pretty cute! Loved spreading the paint around!

Clever take on the theme. Never seen it coming. Reminiscing of old days past. 3D games on a game jam are always so hard to accomplish due to time constraints, but you did it perfectly. Congrats!

The art is amazing, the soundtrack fits well, the dialogue is rich. All in all you got yourselves a great piece of art here. Would love to see what happens next, got me hooked!

"Started from the bottom now we here" Ahaha, what a clever twist on platformers. Really enjoyed it!

What a unique game you got here, and not another vampire survivors clone heheh

Had a blast sending people emails that resembled youtube ads ahahah

Thanks for putting this out there

Aestheticaly pleasing, with an intricated storyline filled with layers. Great take on the theme! Congratulations!

This has got to be the most innovative game I've played so far from the game jam submissions. You all created a new genre and that's not an easy feat.

The soundtrack is fitting, the graphics really blend well together. Congrats everyone! I hope to see more from you in the future!

Feels like a breath of fresh air! Really innovative take on the genre. Great job!

Ahesteticaly pleasing! The soundtrack is top knotch! The take on the theme is quite touching as well. Really great job everyone! I can see this going places!

In the beginning I had envisioned to make the sword the ultimate weapon, able to one shot everything in the game due to its lacking range compared to the other weapons. But ended up rounding up the numbers so anyone could choose their own playstyle and not feel obliged to use a certain meta. And I agree with you there is a lot of room to improvements maybe in the near future, I'd love to add a status UI screen, a save and load system, stuff like that, which adds a bit more of polish. Thank you for your feedback, so glad you liked it!

Thank you so much for the kind words!

590 on my first try! Straight to the point. Cozy soundtrack. Simple yet nuanced. Keep it up!

Thank you for playing the game and dropping your insights. Will keep that in mind in future releases!

Thanks a lot for sharing your thoughts and for having played the game! It means a lot. In the beginning I added a few non-attacking slimes, that only damaged you if you collided with them, but ended up removing them, so you couldn't farm for upgrades that easily

Thank you so much for the feedback! The bow is the way to go!

Great take on the theme! Really makes you think. Inteligent, clever, pleasing. Good job team!

So glad you liked it! Yeah those woods can be pretty dangerous, I would advise you to pick up the bow and upgrade its damage wink wink. You heard nothing from me :p

Thank you so much! This comment just made my day!

Parabéns equipa!! Gostei bastante, eu é que sou demasiado noob para o conseguir passar. Reconheço o package do fogo, também já o utilizei em jogos anteriores :P Boa sorte para a fase de votações!

Heya! Long time no see! Muito mas muito obrigado, vindo de ti conta muito!

Thanks bro, tried several types of compression and none at all, and none worked. But didn't want to move the discussion to offtopic. Keep creating great stuff like this!

Great platformer! You really nailed the pacing! Would love to know what were your export settings, since I'm having some trouble with WebGL builds, they work on unity's Play platform but not over itch.io. But technical aspects apart, congratulations on this entry, I can see it going places!
