Thank you very much! The game’s whole point is the controls are difficult :)

Thank you very much !!

Thank you very much for the reply! Making the controls too clean would make the game too easy.

Thank you very much!! This is why the game was made, for gamers to have fun, get a laugh and make some score altogether! I’m in the works of trying to add a world available scoreboard. Hope to finish it soon, to make the game with a bit more competitiveness! Ideally in the long term I will also add a multiplayer, but that’s not 100% yet ironed out on how the game mechanics will work. Still thank you very much!!

Thanks for your review! Currently the how to is straight in the menu, I think it would be best to add a screen to show how to play. One that’s skip-able. In terms of freezing between scenes and when picking up candies, is because I haven’t done any optimization to the game.

Thank you for the review! I know, me neither I’m not that good, I only managed about 5000 points. It takes patience, strategy and a lot of ghost avoidance.

Thanks for the feedback! I see, I don’t have a proper idea on how to fix that, but one day :) I hope I do.

Hey, when you can, give it another shot, I’ve tried to modify how hand wiggly mechanics work. Let me know if this is better :) Thanks!!!!

There was a bug, because players were able to grab the cauldron, but I’ve fixed that. Now it’s just the fact that your hand will bounce inside the cauldron and you grab it by friction.

Getting stuck in the cauldron it’s part of the challenge, I know it’s hard but the thing is, if you play the game for a couple of rounds you will get the gist of the mechanics then it becomes easier and keeping it that way adds to the challenge, because your objective can be unstable and you can fling it around. I did fix one thing to it, I made it so it’s no longer grabbable.

Thanks for the review! Actually, I’m planning to expand upon this game and improve the hand mechanics as it’s a bit junky, I couldn’t figure the right feel and limits for it. When I get some more time I will take another crack at improving the mechanics of the hand to dial it in perfectly. As for the cauldron I will fix that sooner, given you’re not the only one that managed to grab it.

La idea es buena y el juego resulta interesante, sin embargo, creo que aún se podría mejorar un poco más. El tutorial no se ajusta al tamaño de la pantalla y, si ingreso muchas letras en el campo, ocurre un error.

Thank you very much! This game was the first game I’ve ever made with Godot. I do have experience in programming. I did it with C# in version 3.5.3 , it’s been a blast to work on this game.

My wife likes your game, the mechanic is funny, the graphics fit the style and have a thematic :)

Oh nice!! The controls are becoming more chaotic the more you give input, use your vertical movement to dunk the candies in the cauldron. I’ve managed to do 5k points. The more you’re calm the better it is :) also, thanks for the feedback!

Try getting over 5000 score!

I'm glad you like it :)

It looks amazing! It's well designed!

Wiggly Candy Hand is the game where you control a hand to gather candies, but beware the ghosts are to get you!

It's a fun arcade game, I built for this Scream Jam 2023 in order to learn Godot. I wanted to force myself to get a game done with Godot since ages, but could never get the motivation or the right idea... Thanks to my wife and some friends, I got enough motivation and drive to actually deliver a game with this game engine.

Here it is https://rokyed.itch.io/wiggly-candy-hand

I made it hard enough, but it gets easier once you understand the controls. I average now about 3000 score. Try it and let me know how it goes!

Is this Tycoon Transporter Deluxe brought to over 9000!?!?!?
